I was able to get a replacement from Zosi after extensive effort to repair but in my opinion the DVR was defective and rebooting as a result of perhaps overheat issues. I will say in the end I was able to send my unit back and once they received my unit they immediately sent me a replacement. The replacement they sent has been running for past 72 hours and not any issues NO MORE ANNOYING BEEPING ON REBOOT. Thanks Zosi and Cathy with customer service for resolving this issue.

I purchased this product less than a year ago and already is having issues. Was working fine up to a couple days ago, the system comes on for 20 seconds then turns off, then repeats this same function while powered. Tried rebooting, changed adapters and everything else you can think of to fix the issues but doesn’t work. The system doesn’t stay on long enough to do anything plus the mouse doesn’t register to the system anymore. A complete disaster. I need to know if the manufacturer can fix this issue without deleting the stored videos on the hard drive. I’ve already tried reaching out to the contact information provided for this product and have not gotten a response.

We purchased the system in Sept of 2020 but didn't install them until thr following summer. Had 1 camera go bad within the warranty period (looks just like the picture I posted). Zosi replaced it promptly which made us happy however now another camera is bad. So 2 cameras have gone bad within a year of install. That is unacceptable!!! We are replacing with a better system.

I have had these cameras for less than a year, one of the cameras is just blurry, the only way to fix it is twist the connection at the DVR and even then it goes back to blurry. Touching the DVR messes up all the cameras, they all go blurry and crappy for a good 10 minutes. The app sucks, does not work hardly ever. Changed it to record 24/7 and I stopped getting notifications on my phone, then randomly started to get them again and surprisigly it stopped recording 24/7 and that really made things bad as I needed it because the motion detection did not catch an issue I needed.
