These cameras are absolutely perfect!! If you order 4k cameras, your monitor need to also be 4k to show up clearly. The cameras are great, not only are they clear but they also catch audio. The app is also very easy to manage. Costumer service literally couldn’t be any better. I had issues with the NVR and Shirley from Customer Service got me right. She responded to my messages and resolved the issues with no problem. She was able to work with me and met all my needs. Definitely will be buying again.

This product is performing great. What's not performing great is my inabilities to install technical products. That's my generation I guess. Amazon delivered the product with care and I immediately dived into the package. For me, the Zosi was simple to set up but I did have to reach out for assistance. The initial response read that they would get back to me within twenty four hours. I was surprised when they got back to me within ten minutes. Their service tech, Adeline, stayed with me on line to assist me with my set up and in no time my Zosi system was up and running adding that I had previously installed the cables. Personally, I would recommend the Zosi products. I did have another system and it failed. Go cheap and get what you pay for. Thank you Adeline for your assistance!

For the price, you can't beat the features of thus set. Good resolution, and the two-way voice actually works. The smart detection could be better, I got a lot of false notifications even during times I thought I had programmed the system to ignore them (when our shop is ooen)... had to turn the phone notifications off. This hasn't been a big deal though because the remote monitoring via my phone does work great- I can peek in to the 4 csmeras any time. The system was easy to set up. I've had the system set up for about 8 months now. After 6 months one camera stopped sending a signal. After several emails back to Zosisupport where the tried to help me resolve the problem, they sent me a replacement camera and helped me get it set up. Slina was quite attentive through the entire process responding to each of my emails.

The media could not be loaded. Upgraded an older camera system with this ZOSI 16 channel 1080p system, and I now have much clearer camera images. Setup was easy, including remote app access. During setup, I needed Support assistance for a minor issue, so I sent an email that evening. By the next morning, Jar with ZOSI Support had responded via email with an upgrade file and installation instructions. The process took a few minutes and problem resolved. Jar was very helpful and quick to respond. Edit: I recently encountered an issue with the DVR randomly rebooting that required contacting and working with ZOSI support. Once again, Jar and Amy were both very helpful in trouble shooting and resolving the issue. They were both very quick to respond and were very thorough in communicating back and forth during problem resolution. Thanks Jar and Amy.

In this case didn't even get that. 1. There is no actual users manual. You have to rely on you tube videos & even they don't answer your questions. 2. Lifetime Customer support is a joke. They never are "online", foreign customer service that are zero help. When they do reply it's via an email & takes forever to get ZERO resolution. 3. App is not very user friendly. Have been trying since cameras were installed to get push notifications, every time I turn it on it immediately shuts off. 4. You can't register multiple emails on the app and log in. One email and password controls every device. 5. The cameras are nice and work well in daylight and darkness. 6. Installation for PoE cameras was pretty straight forward. 7. Package comes with everything to install except audio feature. Unlike advertised in the description. 8. No wifi connectivity to home router so you can use the app. It has to be hard wired via Cat5 cable. 9. Yes we bought the system 3 years ago and I finally was able to install them beginnig of the month. You can't tell me in 3 years ZERO updates are available for the NVR. 10. The only notifications I find on the DVR setup are emails. Even those won't work because I'm unable to turn push notifications on. Definitely wish I knew all of this before I spent my money. Buy a system that has verified live customer support and comes with an owners & user manuals.
