The 1080p cameras deliver clear daytime footage, and the 80ft night vision works well, even in low light. AI human/vehicle detection is a nice touch, reducing false alerts. Remote access via the ZOSI Smart app is convenient, but the app can be glitchy—timeline navigation is clunky, and motion detection isn’t always reliable. The 4TB hard drive handles 24/7 recording for all 16 cameras, overwriting old footage as needed. Overall, it’s a reliable system for the price, but the app needs improvement. ... show more

had to replace a camera that the wires got chewed by rats although the cable can be unplugged inside the camera they are not sold by any one , I speculate the cables are made from material that attracts animals as they did in some autos and trucks in the past any way the cables seem low grade the cameras them self work well but the plastic mounts are flimsy . ... show more

This camera system is no good. I have a 12 camera system in a restaurant and it has been nothing but problems. The DVR connection is constantly lost. One of the cameras shows a pink screen and the dashboard is not user friendly. I reached out to customer service, and they were difficult to communicate with and didn’t help. It also took an extended period of time to get back with me each time. If you are looking for a security camera system, do yourself a favor and do not purchases this one. I have given it three months and it is going in the garbage as soon as my new one come is. I would attach photos and videos, but what’s the use. It isn’t like CS will do anything about it. ... show more

Camera seems to have an issue staying connected even when its on an ethernet cable. I had the same issue with one of their other cameras as well. Person detection gives constant false alarms. The color night vision is nice. It would be a good camera if it would just stay connected. PTZ movement is also pretty laggy. ... show more
