Had no problems installing or using but when I did need to do a playback on something to see who had tresspassed my property I got nothing. Blank no videos to playback and it gave me no disk found. I did all the trouble shooting I was asked but then when the support team expected me to open device and replace parts it all became uncomfortable. I have no IT experience nor do I have that type of equipment on hand. After a long back and forth I said can you just send me a replacement they said I had to send mine first. So I'm unprotected and an extra 3.50 out for printing the label. I send them an email telling them it's sent and mentioned the extra out of pocket. They received it on Tuesday and I msg them again yesterday Friday as to why the silence and why I don't have a replacement yet. I get a ms in the middle of the night that I didn't let them know when I sent it that now they have to have someone in the warehouse to see if they received it. Like wth I'm out my purchase price, no security and alot of run around. This is the worse experience I have ever had in many many years purchasing from Amazon. We have had this camera set installed now for 9 months. I rate their inside performance at a 5 star rating. However, 3 of our 8 set we installed under the eaves on our front and rear porch of our shop. After about 3 months, the lenses became darker and darker to the point that by the 6th month, they are completely black on cloudy days and all night. Kind of useless as we are there during the day... 1 star for outside performance! Of course they didn't darken within the return window. So we paid for 8 cameras but only have 5 functioning. Inside ones are very clear, wired in they have not gone down at all unless the power is out. So I do recommend for indoor use, but certainly NOT for outside. ... show more

Would like to give a shout out to the tech support specifically, Jar, homie came in clutch and was able to assist me with my issue within a matter of seconds... and literally seconds... Got to a point where I could not remember the password for my system, there is no hard reset button on the device, and he was able to assist and now I'm back in control of my system. The camera images on screen are good in day time. Crisp clear. But the nght time vision needs more light in order to see images on screen. So I added light bulbs in the backyard and now its clear.
