I never write reviews but I felt that if you are looking at buying a Zosi camera security system look at other systems first. We had to hire a contractor to replace our old camera system with the Zosi. We had to wait until the end of March to do the installation. Installing was no issue it was the cameras that were defective. During the day time viewing the cameras on my monitor was no problem it was the evening that was foggy and not clear at all. Starting on Mar. 28 contacted Zosi to get the problem resolved. By May 15 they sent us 1 camera and we needed 8 new cameras. By the end of May and not getting any response or help to get the new cameras I called Asurion where we had a protection plan on the camera system. They have taken over the issue and we will know soon if they can repair the cameras or then we will get a complete refund. Needless to say we are looking at a different company to get our camera system. Sometimes going with the company that has the best deal is not a good thing. Zosi does not have good customer service and their produce is not that great. ... show more

Would like to give a shout out to the tech support specifically, Jar, homie came in clutch and was able to assist me with my issue within a matter of seconds... and literally seconds... Got to a point where I could not remember the password for my system, there is no hard reset button on the device, and he was able to assist and now I'm back in control of my system. Been using it for little over 2 years now. No complaints. Able to access from my phone and PC. Nice low end price but quality. ... show more

I got this after my Q-See DVR died. I like the bullet cameras better than my old ones. Birds cannot roost on them and make a mess. It was easy to set up and use. I could pull up video on my iPhone and my mac. I had a problem with the network connection after 8 months and it turned out I needed a replacement. Jar helped troubleshoot the problem and Amy got my replacement shipped to me. Thanks ... show more

    • NOT for outside, lenses darken and become useless

We have had this camera set installed now for 9 months. I rate their inside performance at a 5 star rating. However, 3 of our 8 set we installed under the eaves on our front and rear porch of our shop. After about 3 months, the lenses became darker and darker to the point that by the 6th month, they are completely black on cloudy days and all night. Kind of useless as we are there during the day... 1 star for outside performance! Of course they didn't darken within the return window. So we paid for 8 cameras but only have 5 functioning. Inside ones are very clear, wired in they have not gone down at all unless the power is out. So I do recommend for indoor use, but certainly NOT for outside. ... show more
