This is fantastic quality, especially for the price. I find utter garbage for this price point from a lot of well known retailers. This desk has a solid metal frame, and while I didn't pay specific attention to the rest of the material used it is not going to have the finish just chip off of it like other furniture I've purchased in the past. Pros: Solid construction/ heavy duty extremely easy to follow directions (not really any words, but pictures and all parts are labeled!) extra parts- had 1 extra for each fitting needed when finished can assemble by yourself- easy enough to do as one person unless a child or very petite when it comes to moving sections or the finished product packaging- good care to keep everything safe tools- two allen keys, an actual screwdriver (and it was magnetic!), and a little wrench all holes aligned and none were missing fabric drawers- this is a love hate. I hate fabric drawers, but its understandable to help with shipping, and they still had good quality faces and handles. Also probably good that fabric drawers avoids the need for tracks, those always end up a headache with furniture. looks great! Cons: the tape for the light did not work correctly for install, had to find another way to secure it very annoying/tedious to do the doors due to having to unscrew and re-screw just to get the protective film off

So, I tried ordering this desk from AliExpress… twice. Why? Because I thought saving $40 was a good idea. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t. After three weeks of waiting (twice), I got nothing but a sad, empty space where my desk dreams used to be. No tracking number, just emails that felt like I was messaging a black hole. Eventually, I wrestled my refunds back and went with the same desk from Amazon. And honestly? I should’ve done this from the start. This desk is solid—like, “I could probably use it as a shield in the next zombie apocalypse” solid. It fit perfectly in my space, and I still have room to breathe (and hoard more tech gadgets, obviously). The different setup options are clutch, and despite the manual claiming it takes two people to assemble, I knocked it out solo in about two hours. Either I’m low-key Hercules, or this desk is just that well-engineered. I’m gonna go with the latter, but you’re free to believe the first. If you’re thinking of rolling the dice with AliExpress to save a few bucks, just… don’t. I did the hard time so you don’t have to. Get this one, set it up, and maybe even treat yourself with the time and sanity you saved..

Absolutely love this desk! Wasn't expecting cloth drawers, but they aren't too bad (I probably should had read it better, it is clearly in the description) and I don't plan on putting heavy stuff in them anyway. Recommend taking the glass secure things off (or just loosen them) to get the film off of the glass (one of mine wouldn't loosen and I ended up scratching one of the glass panels trying to get the eyesore little piece of clear film off and its still stuck there), make sure the door press ins are completely tapped into the doors (because once the doors are in they do not come out), and take your time on the top cabinets because if they get off square/level it can affect the doors. Also, in the back, the added braces (that form a V) can be hard to get on if you do the top bolts first because they are a little twisted, but if you do the bottom one first it's easy as pie to get the upper bolts in place. Also, matching kitting box was bought separately from a different seller, but looked good with the desk. Very pleased.

I enjoyed the packing of the parts. Like another review said, each part is in a ziploc type bag or regular heal sealed plastic bag with a letter to separate them out and make building a cinch. I was able to build it by myself. I used a power drill to put it all together because the included tools make my hands hurt after a while, which is normal for me with this sort of furniture where tools are included. I got a few cuts from pieces with cut in grooves for a panel, so be aware those parts are sharper than they look! The window panes have film on them and I needed to remove them to get the film off in one piece. In my current setup, there are additional unused holes which are visible easily; if that bugs you get a sticker or some sort of plug for them. The desktop depth is not as big as I thought it was, and I should have taken better measurements before buying. It will work in my current space though and I’m not willing to take it apart to return for a larger desk, lol! I have it set up in option A/1, L shaped with the cabinet and peg wall on the right. The desktop portion under the cabinet is a little deeper than the other portion where the drawers live. The power strip built into the desk is a great touch, albeit if you like to shove things in corners, it does take up space there. The drawers are fabric with a thin piece of plastic or ply board for the back and front of the drawer. It does make for good light storage though, like for a Kindle or pens. A corner of the desktop near the power strip had a slight hairline crack in the surface. I don’t see this area getting much use so it shouldn’t be a problem. The LED strip is just okay. The app is mediocre but allows you to get the 7 color fade option; however there is no white or yellows/oranges. The white setting is just the lightest blue it can achieve, and yellows just don’t exist. It’s trying to go through red to green to achieve yellow and it doesn’t look good. The red LED struggles to put out light it seems, so when it’s fading it seems to go dark. Greens, blues, purples, cyans are nice and bright though! Even fading. All told, it’s a okay desk for the price. I was able to attach my dual monitor stand which clamps to the rear edge of a desk. This desk is very lightweight, easy to move! I’m using the cabinets as a humid area for plants and storing trinkets like tokidoki figures and other blind box grabs.
