So far, there is nothing I dislike about this system. It is literally plug and play. It comes with a lot of cable and a lot of viewing options. HDMI, VGA, internet app (but the system is not dependent on the internet to work like a lot of systems I looked at are) you only need the internet if you want to download the app in your phone and watch what the system see's remotely, and that works really easy. I was surprised at how easy this was to set up. The directions are pretty straight forward as far as set up and installation go. We have a 2,000 square foot facility with about 6-8 parking spots. Between the 4 camera's we are able to cover everything we need to see, the entire parking lot, entrance and exits, the office, the wood shop, assembly and shipping departments (3 of the departments share one large open floor space). The instructions are easy but stop at the point of getting into some of the detail that this system is capable of like specifying a single camera and telling it to zoom and record, it will do all of that, it will take screen shots, it will record according to time spaces set or motion detection and even body temperature, just 1 or all 3. If you are getting this to use indoors, you will have pretty much everything you need except some cable clamps - search "Antrader R-type Cable Clamp 1/4 Inch White Nylon Cable Organizer Clips for Wire Management Pack of 200" you will want those if you are installing this in an already existing structure. If you are using a couple of the cameras outdoors like we are, you will want those cable clamps and some 3/4" diameter heat shrink tubing to heat shrink and seal the cable connections from the video and power cable coming out of the camera and linking up to the main cable. I did this with ours because we get some pretty harsh winter weather here so I figured just seal it up now and be done with it. I will post some pictures once Amazon approves this review and lets me add pictures to it. The 4 cameras provide crystal clear 1080P color video during the day / in the light, at night the infrared works great, all of which is adjustable. The manuals dont get too deep into all that so you have to play with it a little bit but it seems pretty dummy proof. One other thing I would recommend is a wireless mouse, it comes with a mouse to operate the software in the DVR, which comes installed and ready to go but the cable on the mouse is kind of short. So far, that is the only complaint which isn't really a complaint. Once you get it set up, get your motion detection set and your recorded time frames set, you can just let it go and do its job. With the AVSS app and PC download from their website (which is free) you can view your whole system from anywhere with your phone, or on your mac or PC desk top at home, in color!! I did a lot of research before I got this system and would get this same exact system again if I had to do it all over again. I read all the reviews for this system, good and bad and noticed that all the complaint reviews were from last year ago or older, it seems as though all of the bugs have been worked out (or I got lucky and got a nice working system) but IF YOU READ AND FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS and it goes in like my system did, you'll be happy, especially for the price.

I purchased this system along with the 4 extra cameras in Aug. 2023. The set up is amazing. Quality is great. We live in a not so safe area and it’s already helped salve 2 crimes in our area. We had one camera go out on the inside of our home and one outside started to glitch but I reached out to Zosi support and an amazing representative named Sugar was able to replace both cameras and one of the wires that was bad. It was so easy to get in touch with support and I had very fast response to my emails. Let’s just say I won’t be switching back to any other system after this one. It’s perfect for everything we need.

I really like this little camera. Really has a decent picture if you alter the default settings. The sharpness really kills the image quality. I turned the sharpness down and what a difference. Has really great night vision. I would say 85ft is about spot on for the distance at night. Again if you alter the default settings you can get a pretty clear picture at night. The night time ir throw pattern is pretty centered but thats not a bad thing. I have a camera from another manufacturer and it is more of a flood pattern its great for about 30ft. I gave this camera a 4 star rating for one reason the camera that zosi sells for 17 bucks is worth the extra few dollars. It pulls in a almost completely noiseless picture at night and amazing daytime picture. Get that one if can spare the extra money but you cant go wrong with this little power house either its really a steal for the money. I used cameras that were 3x the price and cant even shake a stick at this camera. Just remember to change the default settings inside the cameras osd menu. Prolly why there have been negative reviews because the default settings are pretty rough.

Added this 4 camera set to a 2 year old HFT Cobra system - everything mounted right up and worked perfectly. Now we are utilizing all 8 channels ! The motion detection isn't perfect, but we have lots of trees that are always blowing about. We have the system patched into our 50" TV & whenever we first switch over, the screen will initially show (Is it on?) and before you can count to 3 - it's on.(every time) Very satisfied with the purchase.

Ok product for the price, everything is plug and play and easy set up. Having a few issues though. One camera completely quit detecting people after one day of use. The others seem ultra sensitive even after adjusting the sensitivity over various days to the point where I just turned off motion detection and used PIR instead. On PIR I get random false alarms specially during the night. Had to turn off that feature and use only human detection during nights. Then, at nights only, one of the cameras apparently detects a human at my front door all night when there is clearly no one there so had to turn that feature off at nights. Defeating purpose of security camera. Drive way facing camera barely detects incoming vehicles, but at night goes crazy detecting my parked car in the driveway. So.. it's been a lot of adjusting. I really like the product but at this point it would be better to keep recording 24/7 and no notifications. You get what you pay for I guess. I feel like they're more of an indoor camera if they get set off so easily even after making many adjustments.
