Ordered this system for our new house. Hooking up the cameras was fairly easy and straightforward, UNTIL I got to camera #5. Channels 1 through 4 worked flawlessly, but channels 5-8 would work for a few minutes, then disconnect. The cameras were getting power, as the IR was working, but no video would show up. Plug a camera from the first four channels into the last five and it would stop working, while any camera plugged into the first four channels worked perfectly. Worked with Slina at Zosi tech support for several days, trying to figure out the issue. Upgraded the firmware, etc., etc., etc. Finally, they decided to replace my NVR. This is the one complaint I have, because they wouldn't send me a replacement until they received my original. They did pay for all shipping, but that should be expected. The new NVR fixed the problem. All eight cameras work perfectly now. Online access works via the app. Highly recommend, especially for the quality and the price. Replacement NVR died after two weeks. Evidence suggests it "might" have been a power surge, BUT nothing else was affected and the NVR was on a surge protector. Again, Slina at Zosi was awesome in arranging a replacement!

ZOSI Camera system is a great product and a amazing staff. I come to this conclusion because I had forgotten my password to my ZOSI camera system and emailed the tech support team for Zosi via email. I was advised by one of the staff member to.download a program that was sent to me via email called FATT32 that was suppose to upgrade my NVR so I could change my password and upgrade my system. Well for some reason when I inserted the USB into the port on the NVR the system went down not letting me view my camera system. At this time I contacted ZOSI Tech Team via email that same day and received a response back with in 2 hours by email, but what I want you to know this was a Saturday that this response came back faster then I thought. A Mr. Jeremy contacted me via email first wanting to know what happen and needed for me to give them my serial number the make and model of the device I had because that info i didn't place in my first email to the Tech team. Well by surprise in a matter of 10 minutes, Ms. COCO from ZOSI TECH support team contacted me via email and explained to me if the upgrade didn't go through and if I couldn't reset my password they would exchange my NVR out for me. Ms. COCO provided me with a return label that was free to return and a tracking number for my NVR that they are sending me back at no change. I truly can say ZOSI Tech team cares about your issues and will do their best to keep there customers satisfied with great customer services. I truly recommend this ZOSI camera system to whom is looking for one great picture and excellent night vision a bang for your bucks.

Decent email tech support. Definitely no phone support!! But email response generally within a day. Good product, it have only had it installed for a week. So far so good. Hopefully cameras will last for more than a year. Great price point. However, went to purchase another identical set and the price had increased y $48 dollars within 2 days. But it is worth the money and easy PoE installation.

The media could not be loaded. I have had this unit for about 5 months and a few days ago the cameras stopped working. I got in touch with Zosi tech support and they spent 8+ hours with me troubleshooting and sending firmware and software in an attempt to fix my issue with the system. In the end Zosi felt that it was best that they send me a shipping label and they are going to replace my unit with a brand new unit. I can't say that I have ever had a tech support person/persons work as hard as Zosi tech support has. I would most definitely recommend this product and the company.

I installed this system in April 2021. Initially, everything worked without issue. Since then 6 of the eight cameras have failed in one capacity or another. Two were replaced under manufacturer's warranty. One of the replacements was DOA. I'm down to 2 cameras that still retain full function. Four have lost color. Two have lost night-vision capability. One is completely dead. The NVR is not intuitive, so, if you're not comfortable searching through all of the menus to find the feature you want, this system is NOT for you. Date/time settings reset themselves periodically for no discernable reason, which buggers up the time-stamp and complicates searching for a particular sequence of recording. Also, the system is supposed to let you record continuously, but, even when set to do so, it only records events logged by the motion sensor. Overall, this system is unreliable, poorly documented, crap.

Update: Zosi management has been in contact with me quickly after the original post reviewed what previously happened on the help ticket and has sent me a new NVR, power cord, and mouse. It been running for a couple weeks now and i have not seen any problems with the new NVR. When the system was all was booted up one of the cameras did not come up. Upon investigation it is not working cable it fine. I have emailed the manager and waiting for response(as of this update day 2 of waiting on the response on how to fix the camera). Usually good at getting back with you. The tech support is night for the US, so your response from Zosi will come sometime in the night. Original Post: For the most part the system was good picture and all. but i had some issues with my nvr it kept want to reboot then right before I sent i back it was rewinding when i fast forwarded when i was looking up something. While working with tech support they wanted me to connect with the internet after i had already informed them that was not possible then they wanted me to find a way to download the update from someone else’s computer onto a flash drive which was not possible either. Now i have sent my nvr off to to US site on 11-20-21 and now the tech i have been talking to is not answering me. I cannot find out what is going on with my product.
