Overall, we were very pleased with this little stove. It is a heavy cast-iron. The two shelves that extend from the stove stand about 15 inches high. It has a cute little window in the front in order to see the flames, There’s no ash tray at the bottom to catch ashes, so you will need a little scraper or scoop, or some thing to pull out the ashes and a little tray or bucket to dump them into. We will be using this in our canvas tent, and so it will be necessary to get extra chimney pipe to extend out the wall. The legs on the bottom folded nicely, very sturdy no worries of a tipping.. The heater looks nice and it does heat up the area very well BUT leaks smoke out everywhere. This product would not be safe in a tent or any other closed location due to the fact that the smoke doesn't exit out of the exhaust tube at a high enough rate to avoid smoke exiting through the other cracks. I tried mine on my back deck first just to be safe incase this issue did happen. I purchased it for a small garage/hunting blind heater that the kids and I can take camping in the fall and it is not safe for any of those three place. I am very disappointed in this purchase.

Works amazing. Very compact for travel. Burned good for hours on end with absolutely no problem. Has 4 legs that pull down from underneath. We boiled some water on top and it didn't take very long at all. I have zero complaints with this wood burner. Highly recommend.

Love the design, build, portability, but I would like a way to retain the top plate when the unit is collapsed for transport. Speaking of which there is a learning curve for getting everything to fit back inside the unit. But it works VERY well.

This is a perfect little wood burner. It's big enough to keep warm with and small enough to travel with. I'm really happy with it.

We tried lots of ways to make this work but it didn't happen. We never did find out if it could heat up the tent because it filled with smoke over and over so we had to stop using it.
