This has worked fine when you can program it. But to read the display is horrible. it has a little tiny arrow and unless you can get over the top of it you can't tell where that little arrow is pointing to figure out which cycle you're trying to program. I've ended up with dough that needs to be baked and baked dough both, depending on whether or not I can read the little arrow and the display. Poor design!!!!

As someone with food allergies. It became necessary for me to purchase a bread machine to manage ingredients in my bread. I read all of the reviews and every top 10 list for gluten free bread makers had the Zojirushi at the top. I have one of their rice cookers and that is the best rice cooker I’ve ever owned. This machine has exceeded my expectations. Even though it doesn’t have a gluten free button, it’s incredibly easy to use. It definitely has the superior engineering of Zojirushi and is very versatile. The jam function is particularly awesome. I highly recommend this machine. This particular bundle came with a book that has a manual setting that works perfectly for gluten free bread.

I have looked at this machine, the reviews, the comments, and those who use it in their business (King Arthur Flour) for over a year, and when the opportunity to buy one came, I jumped at it. I made several loaves of bread (some of which I gave to neighbors) and banana nut bread in it in the first week, and every item showed superior results. I have owned a different brand of bread machine for over 20 years, used it weekly, and this Zojirushi outperforms it in ways I would not have believed possible, but it did so brilliantly! When I find fruit that is good enough, I will make jam in it, too. And meat loaf! It does such extraordinary things that it makes me laugh out loud! Don't hesitate - just get it.

I absolutely love this bread machine. I have had many others that I eventually wore out and went ahead and spent the money on this one as I have always wanted one. I am so happy I made that decision. I am still working on some of the programs, even used other recipes other than theirs and have worked well. i did bake a chocolate cake in the machine and it really came out delicious. I was glad to find Zojirushi has a web page where I subscribed to their letter and did print out quite a few of their recipes to try. Great machine.

This is my second Zojirushi bread maker. The first one lasted about 12 years with frequent use. I bought the same one again because it is a quality item, and makes consistently good bread. This bread maker has several features; I often make my pizza crust in this machine as well as the occasional cake.You can program your own bread recipe as well. If you are in the market for a bread machine, spend the money and go for the sure-fire thing. I recommend the Zo 100%.

I just love this bread maker. Every receipt I have used has been so wonderful. I make a loaf a week and am experimenting with new ones every time my latest was buttered bread with Herb de Provence and it is so wonderful. I’m even able to reproduce French receipts. I recommend this machine to anybody looking for one. If I could give it a 100 I would.

We bought this to make sourdough bread for our son that has IG issues and it is so easy to use. Was making bread by hand using close to two man hours each loaf and now it is ten minutes and done. The only issue is when it is done, it is very hard to take the bread out of the pan. Read other reviews from where users remove paddles after final mix/rise. that does work if you are around it during that time. Overall though great product.

Just amazing! I love having fresh bread and knowing exactly what is in each loaf. I do sometimes wish I could make less than the 2lbs, like if I'm only making it for myself or if I'm trying a new recipe, but I've learned to freeze half of it or just pawn off the other half on my friends. I would recommend trying the recipes that come in the book, or on the zorijushi website exactly as is but then making changes as needed/ desired.
