This scooter is awesome when it’s working. I used it for the first 2 days great and on the third day I tried using it again and for some reason it’s not registering the nfc card so it’s just there and the seller can’t do anything other than accept a return rather than sending a new nfc card since I only got 1 to begin with instead of the 2 I’m supposed to receive. Update, I finally was able to contact them and it turned out to be the best customer service I’ve ever received. Even when I asked questions late at night they answered right away. The replacement parts are on their way and well like I mentioned earlier the scooter itself is awesome and very fast and very reliable. I 10/10 would recommend this and I would buy again from them. I promise you won’t regret your purchase. Overall I’m extremely satisfied with the quality of the scooter and the quality of the customer service experience. Lo pedí hace 8 dias y ya me llego, tarde aproximadamente 1 hora en armarlo. Esta hecho de muy buen metal y tiene una gran calidad. Es muy fácil acceder con el código QR para ver el video del armado del scooter es muy sencillo de hecho, es muy robusto el scooter comparado con otros del mercado es muy grande pesa alrededor de unos 40 kilos aproximadamente. Lo encendí y tenia carga llena asi que sali a dar un paseo pequeño y se conduce excelente, es muy veloz cuidado si no tienes experiencia. En términos generales es un gran scooter me fascinó. Aun falta probarlo de noche para ver la calidad de la iluminación pero al momento todo es perfecto. ... show more

Great E scooter but their method of detail to protect my scooter seems it was rushed and not well packaged. To the point that damages on the scooter was evident. Reached out to customer service to see how this can be resolved. Will do a follow up review with video once things are resolved

The media could not be loaded. First off before my purchase, I emailed metamoov with questions and they promptly replied each time. I ordered the scooter June 5 evening and received it June 7,only 2 days! The box was in excellent condition with no defects. The scooter was packaged with care with not 1 scratch. Assembly was easy taking about 30 minutes. Everything was included with no missing parts. After assembly, it took approximately 2 hrs to fully charge. My first ride was careful knowing that this scooter has so much power after reading other reviews. The ride is smooth over bumps in the road. After a couple hours I turned up the power. It is programed with 5 power levels for each motor. Level one, maybe 10 mph, bump it up to level 4 on one motor and it will take you to 35,level 5 about 42. That was scary for me, no helmet or protective gear. No wobble with the steering damper adjusted half way. The first motor uses the front wheel,. Dual Motors and the rear kicks in. Dual motor speed 2 and there's a rush of speed. This will spin the tire from a dead stop. The electronic hydraulic brakes are very touchy but can be adjusted through the app. So far I have 40 miles on the first charge with 3 out of 5 bars still showing. This is an awesome scooter with more than enough power to keep you happy. Customer service is top notch and reply quickly, sometimes within a couple of hours. This is a great scooter. It’s my second one. The first one I had over 600 miles on it, before it was stolen. I liked it so much I bought a second one. I’m 170 lbs and I was getting 50 miles out of a charge. Had no problem running it to 58 mph. Handles great and is a solid machine. I commute on it everyday and I ride it hard.
