So this is my first Ebike and I have to say it has changed my life. It was mostly assembled, and even though I am not familiar with bikes it was fairly easy to complete the rest of the assembly. Right away, I noticed how easy it was to ride the bike and the HUGE difference between a regular bike and using the pedal assist on my ZNH Ebike. I love that there are different levels of pedal assist and it let me work as hard as I want to if I want to exercise. My first day I did a 40 mile ride and did not break a sweat and I am almost 50. By the end of that ride I had only used 2 bars of battery out of 5. Super easy to charge. I enjoy the bike so much and it has got me connected to the outdoors again. I have had my bike now for almost 4 months and have already put over 1100 miles on it. The only thing I have had to change within that time is my break pads from so much riding but I did not even have to do that till over 1000 miles. I would suggest this bike to anyone, all ages that is responsible enough for it. It is amazing!!!

I'm only giving it four stars because we put it together and The handlebar part was on backwards and we had to flip it around and that shouldn't have been backwards it made everything so much more difficult and some of the pieces that you do have to put on or extremely tight squeeze to try to get them on and screw them on. Other than that the speed is well fast. The quality of the bike is really well. The portability is pretty heavy to carry in and out of the house. A decent price but what electric bike is not too expensive!

Just went on a short 4 mile trip around my neighborhood. Really enjoyed the electric assist when going up the big hills. I was able to assemble one evening by myself. I did notice that the derailer had been damaged during shipping but the seller quickly responded to my issue and gave me a credit for the damaged part.

Was sent a skinny tire version, not the fat tire that was described. I'm stuck with it as transportation and cannot afford to send it back since it works well enough but describing this build as a headache is being kind. Instructions were for a different model frame entirely making me look for the right one online, had to supply my own bolt and nuts for the front fender because there were no nuts supplied despite being shown in the instructions and the bolts given seemed to be spares for the rear cargo rack and were not long enough to secure the fender and front light as instructed. The skinny bike is zippy enough, topping at 19.8 mph out of the box, but I have noticed this motor is a slow start. From a stationary position it takes 3 seconds of full throttle for the motor to hit full power, or 4-5 revolutions of the pedals depending on gear position. This is not a bad thing per se, but needs to be known if you cross streets regularly. The skinny bike cannot punch the accelerator to get you out of harms way.

For the price point, this bike is the best purchase I've made in 10 years! As a bike, it is a solid vehicle with Shimano gearing cassettes and mechanicals. I researched e-bikes over a 5 month period, reading every review for each bike that I considered and this bike by ZNH was the stand-out bike of all of them. It had the price I could afford, the video review that let me see the bike in action and the best reviews of any e-bike, hands down. The low star reviews were for problems that had occurred during shipping - NOT the bike itself! Now that I have the bike - I love it. It assembled easily and quickly. Charged up fast and I was on the road the day I got it. It has torque and gets up to speed quickly. I don't need a bike that goes more than 30 MPH. When in pedal assist mode on the medium setting, I get the bike up to about 25 MPH. That is all I need to be safe in traffic. My mileage range in pedal assist mode is 47 miles, good for me. As a pedal bike only, it rides smoothly and beautifully! I will own this bike for many years to come. It's manufacture is solid, well tuned and assembled precisely. If you are looking for a great bike UNDER $600 - I highly suggest this one. It is a great commuter bike for the price and a solid build as regards the bicycle in general. I had to make slight adjustments to the fender struts due to shipping pressures that may have misshaped them, but that was not a big deal. I am still 'bedding' the front brake, but that is standard procedure with all new disc brake pads. I took it to a bike shop and they showed me how to gradually let the disc shave the pads even, so that they don't grab the disc unevenly, when braking. In emergency, I am sure to grab the back brake first when I need to come to a sudden stop. I bought a good Kryptonite U-lock and Victgoal helmet for this bike, as it is quick off the line and plenty powerful for me. I've equipped the rear rack with a flashing LED red light and use a helmet light for forward viewing at night, as the front fender light is not up to standard for safe nighttime driving. The horn is adequate though and the fenders are gorgeous! I hope this review was helpful and happy riding everyone!

So I got this bike to use for photography and going places where vehicle access is restricted and so far I'm very happy. Pros: Bike seems to be very well built Assembly is fairly easy Battery life seems good Front suspension works well Cons: Fenders are not as pictured Handlebars are very low requiring a very forward lean. Tops out at 19.9mph not 25mph With that being said I have only had a chance to ride the bike a few times both on hard road and on dirt trails. As for the fenders I was already aware of the difference and actually hoped to get the other style as it has a rear fender rack. There is I believe one photo in the description that shows the actual fender style. If you're looking for a bike where you're basically laying on your belly when riding this is the one, however if you want to sit more upright like I did you can easily install an adjustable handlebar stem also available on Amazon for cheap. I installed a 110mm (4in) one and it made riding the bike much more enjoyable. Just be aware that you may need additional spacers not supplied with some stems so the front fork assembly will properly clamp down. The stem I bought didn't have a spacer so I had to make one on my lathe instead of ordering one. I didn't mention the seat in the cons as I never even installed the supplied seat because I'm sure it is uncomfortable, at least for me. I've never liked the narrow seats so I just installed a wide gel seat. As for functionality I am very happy so far, I've ridded through soft sand, rough forrest trails, and concrete bike trails. The bike never misses a beat even in the seft sand and rough trails and has plenty of power. It is also fairly smooth riding for only having front suspension which works well. As for speed it will not reach 25mph as one of the pictures states and tops out at 19.9mph. However this seems to be due to programming and not motor limitations as the bike is still excellerateing strong up until 19.9mph and then suddenly slows down. All in all I believe this is a very nice ebike for the money and will not disappoint.
