Love the design and quality of this stove. Hands down great value. The only negatives to me are 1- the burner grates are connected into 2 rather than 4 parts which makes them heavy and difficult to clean. I tend to not take it apart and clean it often enough for that reason. 2- the convection oven does not get as hot as you might expect convection should. check your food temps, you may wind up baking/roasting for longer. Otherwise this is a super stove! ... show more

Sometimes you hate a company so much, you can't contain the anger you feel towards them. I'll try to keep that in check, and just stick to the facts. tl;dr: Never EVER ever buy a Zline. The product quality is abysmal. And the customer service is the most incompetent I have ever experienced. The oven broke after 2 weeks. They were unable to have it fixed within 1 month. They were only able to FedEx a new stove to my curb. I would have then had to re-pay for installation. They have no way of returning a new stove. FedEx freight refused to take it without the packaging. They weren't able to provide an alternative. You need to call their service line 11 times before you get a reply. (See the screenshot). Email support has a reply turnaround of 4-5 business days. I hate my experience with this company so much that it has cost me over $2K just to get rid of their defective new stove and replace it with a functioning one. Every tradesperson that came to the house commented on how unreliable and cheap their appliances are. Every single tradesperson knew they rubbish and knew lots of people who's ZLines broke. Please do yourself a HUGE favor and DO NOT PURCHASE a Zline. ... show more
