It took me 15 minutes to install this unit. It's very nice. This fireplace has a lot of color settings also, 5 settings of brightness, 2 settings of heat, which works amazing. There are quite a lot of well thought out features. Heat comes out top front of unit. On/Off switch front top right inside of opening. A variety of colors in led lighting on crystals and flame colors. Easy to install too! Communication with seller is quick and friendly.

The media could not be loaded. When I purchased my fireplace I was unable to install it for three to four weeks, as I was waiting on my contractor to install a wall. When we were finally able to get the unit installed I had a problem with it turning on. I contacted customer service and they tried to trouble shoot the problem with me. After a couple of failed attempts at fixing it they sent me a new unit. I had absolutely no issues at all with the new one. I absolutely love the way it turned out and the different color effect combinations the fireplace has to offer. I have not needed the heater yet, as I live in Arizona.
