The media could not be loaded. Fast shipping. 50 lbs heavy. One person can manage, just take your time reading the instructions. Easy to install if mounting, not sure about inserting into a wall. It took me 15 minutes to install this unit. It's very nice. This fireplace has a lot of color settings also, 5 settings of brightness, 2 settings of heat, which works amazing. If you have a large room it will take some time, but doesn't take long to warm up a small room. Forget about it, within minutes it will be toasty. I recommend it.

The media could not be loaded. When I purchased my fireplace I was unable to install it for three to four weeks, as I was waiting on my contractor to install a wall. When we were finally able to get the unit installed I had a problem with it turning on. I contacted customer service and they tried to trouble shoot the problem with me. After a couple of failed attempts at fixing it they sent me a new unit. I had absolutely no issues at all with the new one. I absolutely love the way it turned out and the different color effect combinations the fireplace has to offer. I have not needed the heater yet, as I live in Arizona. I have tried it and it works good. I may just need it this winter. All in all I am happy with my purchase.

I purchased this fire place mostly for decoration as we live in Fla and there is no need for heather. I disable that feature. Overall it’s beautiful elegant great size and perfect lighting. Highly recommend. My remote was not working but even the costumer service was on point. They immediately sent me a new one and it works perfect. Highly recommend.
