Bought this light to brighten up our office. It does the trick. Looks much better than the old dome light we had. People complain about instructions and setup, but if you are familiar with installing light fixtures its not complicated at all. Thread each of the four pieces through the base and screw them in. Then mount the bracket to your light box. Then wire all four lights to your setup, all whites to white, all blacks to blacks, and ground to ground. Then screw base to mount. Its not rocket science.
