I really like this mask. It is simple to use and well made. Unfortunately, after six months, one of the light features stopped working but the company responded very quickly and replaced it right away. They have excellent customer service and a one year warranty.

This mask is very soft and comfortable to wear. Easy to operate. After research I learned not all red light therapies are the same. You need to make sure the red light is at least 620 nm. I love that it has a face and neck part. The Velcro is intense (not sure it needs to be that strong!) but manageable. After a few months of use (at least 4 times a week for 30 minutes at a time) I can definitely see a change in my skin for the better. And, half the lights stopped working. Once I contacted the seller, they responded immediately and resolved the issue with a replacement under warranty. No hassles. Great customer service. Everyone needs to be using red light therapy and bonus having a good seller backing their product!

this item works as well as the higher priced LED face mask light therapy masks. While some of them only offer the red light, this has so many other colors that deal with other skin issues like acne. My skin definitely is clear, and glowing. However, it doesn't get my full 5 stars because about a year into it some of the rows of lights stop working. However, I saw that it happened to other reviewers, and the company sent them replacements quickly... so I'm hoping for the same great customer service!!!

Love this mask! I spent over a year looking for a good quality LED mask and stumbled upon this brand on TikTok. I don't regret a thing choosing this brand. I've been using this mask every other day and can already tell a difference in my skin. My pores appear tighter, my inflammation is down, and I have a nice glow. I can't wait to continue using this and seeing wear my skin journey will end up down the road. It's easy to put on and comes with several different light settings and levels. My only other recommendation would be for the brand to put a little pamphlet dedicated to the different light settings and how you can mix them into your routines. They do have them printed in the directions but I think a book dedicated around the settings on their mask would be really neat. The appearance is sleek and also comes with a bag to hold your mask in for travel or easy storage. It also comes with the neck piece that many other companies would charge tons of money to buy separately so that's another huge plus. The mask quality is soft to put on your face and doesn't feel like you're putting on a plastic costume mask. I highly recommend buying from this brand as they just gained me for life!

The media could not be loaded. Started out fantastic, both face and neck mask lite up and was able to select the various colors. Initially couldn't figure out how to auto cycle thru the various colors but customer support clarified straight away how to do this. Unfortunately within first 7 days of using, the face mask no longer turns on and the neck mask only illuminates a few lights vs all the lights as it originally did. When electronics fail, it should occur early rather than later! After receiving a replacement unit, it failed in less time than the first. It’s a pity we could not have a functional unit long enough to see any improvements! I've since contacted customer service and they're procuring a replacement unit. Their response time has been fast, further update will be provided after we've used the replacement for longer than the initial unit.

This LED face mask is lightweight and very comfortable, making it easy to use. The different light modes target multiple skin concerns, and my skin feels smoother with less redness. The remote makes it simple to switch settings and the battery lasts a long time between charges. Overall, it feels like a professional treatment at home and is totally worth it.

I loved this product, I used it 3-4 days a week, after 7.5 months the red light stop coming on, only the other colors work, but I used the red light. I am going to try to reach out to the company but they probably will not help, so Iam disappointed.
