Was a quick set up. Kids love it. I had a problem with the strap unraveling and I contacted the company. They sent out a new one right away. No hassle. The hanging chair is also a really nice addition to the ride.

It worked as expected for most of the day we gave it to our grandsons. But by the end of the day the strap is starting to fray and the bearing gets caught on it and stops. Not so fun anymore!!!

Having issues with the Bearing /gliding roller suckkng up zipline on one side and causing a crimp in the line itself. How do I fix that? It's basically grabbing on one side. Kids loved it for 20 minutes before this started happening. Show me pic of how attached to tree, to prevent roller from sliding off to one side.
