I bought this burner as past of an outdoor cart I made myself. I got everything assembled and when I turned it on the valve had some kind of minor issue. I reached out directly to the company and someone showed up at my door with the new part. Amazing!! Now that’s customer service. I love this cooker that I bought recently and wish I had bought it sooner. It is great to do my canning on the porch instead of on my electric stove and it keeps the heat outside. It heats quickly and you can adjust the gas and air mix so that you have a nice blue flame. Only thing that can be a little difficult is to keep the pressure cooker at a consistent temperature if it is windy outside. As the wind plays with your flame but for vegetables it is not a problem. Canning meat that cooks for an hour would take more monitoring if it is windy. In love with this cooker. ... show more
