I thought that these had the gel throughout the sleeve. Instead it has two gel discs where the ankle bone is located on both sides. It works but not exactly what I was looking for.

    • Worked with brace
I got this with my daughter, broke her ankle, and the brace was hurting her. It provided a bit more comfort. Now we use them when she goes ice-skating!

The socks do not stay secure at the ankles and thick enough. I still have ankle friction with my boots.

I rolled my ankle inwards three months ago, and my medial bone remains swollen and painful especially when playing tennis. This product has worked great at keeping my tennis shoe from pushing into the bone. Playing almost pain-free now. Great purchase.

    • They do the job but are bulkier
I had hoped these gel pads were inside little pockets so I could take out the ones or ones I didn’t need but overall they are OK I also thought they wouldn’t take up as much space for my skates but that’s OK. I guess they take up a little bit more space than I thought.
