I've been using a cast iron griddle in a 450 degree oven for years, and it was okay. I wanted something I could use in the summer without heating up the whole house, so I decided to give this a try. The crust turns out better than in the oven. This thing heats up in less time than it takes for me to roll out the crust. Per instructions, I precook the crust for 5 minutes, add toppings, cook 10 minutes more, turns out perfect. Just wipe clean (I'm pretty careful not to spill cheese on the cooking surface, but it's easy enough to clean if there's a mishap). At a reasonable price, I've already gotten my money's worth having used it ~20 times in the last month.

I bought this after watching a guy on Tic Tok that used one. He fried hotdogs on it and I thought they looked good, so I bought it for that reason. It's a pretty bright red color, very sturdy and it can be used for so much more than pizzas. I've watched the Tic Tok guy scramble eggs, make grilled burritos, cheese fries, hot dogs, and so much more. I haven't had mine for a long time but I look forward to making all the stuff I watched him make! The surface heats evenly & it's just a great kitchen appliance that's easy to use!

This is a wonderful machine. I have made several pizzas, it has already paid for itself. My kids love how crispy the pizza maker gets the crust, just like a real take out pizza.

I purchased three of these. On one I had to take apart and replace the wire fuse/thermostat that had blown. On the two others the top oven surface detached from the lid (see pic). I had to drill the first and install a rivet. A manufacturer defect as these are NOT attached! Not sure if they are glued and the glue melted. Now we are on vacation and the third one just came apart also! If you want the warranty you have to pay shipping both ways! So the warranty means nothing!! Makes me sick that I bought this garbage!

This is a great addition to any household. I bought it for pizza, couldn’t stand having to preheat an oven for 20 minutes to cook a frozen or leftover pizza. This is fast, under 15 minutes in all. I now buy store brand frozen cheese pizza (under $5.00) everyone gets to add their own toppings, including extra cheese saves money, fun to make and ready in minutes. I also made the best quesadillas I have ever made at home…..then I got creative…..fried eggs (using the silicone forms with the tabs cut off), for bacon egg and cheese sandwiches, omelets, grilled sandwiches, and I am going to try bacon, not microwaved bacon, thick cut bacon, since this has a cover that heats there is should be NO splattering (I would suggest being careful when you open the cover to check on it). From there the possibilities are endless…hamburgers, hotdogs, scallops wrapped in bacon. I highly recommend this product!

Nice and crispy top and bottom just depends on how long you bake it. Follow the directions before plugging it in. No on/off button that's not a problem for me as I unplug all my appliances any way that are on the countertop. Fast baking and looks great. One thing I would strongly recommend if you don't have one already is a wooden pizza spatula to lift it out of the oven and onto a cutting board to cut your slices. So far so good and a great value..... Great gift too!!!!!!
