Initially when I bought the single “Sarsa Grand” pen, I also ordered a 5 pack of the regular plastic sarsa dry X20’s. The sarsa grand felt way better but it didn’t seem Like they put the X20 cartridge in it because it was a clear difference in the smoothness and the darkness between the two pens . I’ll insert pictures . I switched the cartridges out (they’re literally the same size) and now the grand pen feels AND writes smooth and beautifully! I love these pens. They are comfortable to hold and the ink flows well. They look more expensive than they are. I have this pen in a couple of different colors, and it’s the pen I reach for the most.

The weight of this pen is well balanced, feels great and writes smooth. I like this pen so much it is the only time I have ever bought refills for a pen. I do wish they had a fine point in this design but the medium is workable for my small handwriting.

I love my Zebra pens but I was disappointed with this purchase. This pen is rather heavy and not very comfortable for writing more than a few sentences. The ink does flow very nicely while writing but I would say it is more bold tip than medium tip (in my opinion).
