Let me preface by saying the customer service I received with this company has been nothing short of absolutely PHENOMENAL. I received my first set in 2 days i believe, but the highlighter was busted. This is NOT the fault of NicPro Direct, it happened during shipping. No big deal. I emailed them, received a reply same day. I sent pictures, they immediately sent out a replacement set, no questions asked. I asked where to send back the original set to...nope, keep it too. whaaaaat?! A company sent me a free replacement and wasn't even worried about the original back?! Shock. Anywayssss...the replacement was sent to the address of my choosing, within 3 days it arrived (on a weekend). I could not ask for better quality in this set. Consistency of ink flow is amazing. They dry quickly. The dont feel cheaply made. Just an amazing quality set and I am now FOREVER a NicPro customer. Thank you guys, for AMAZING customer service. Other companies should strive to be like you guys. Way to go!!

Really cute set, but the highlighter broke as soon as I tried to use it, but you get what you pay for the majority of the pens are fine just kind of disappointed with highlighter very fine black gel and a very nice aesthetic to the pen

These are by far my favortie pens. The are smooth, black ink, very comfortable in your hand. I love the small 0.5 pen tip. You do have to let they dry a moment otherwise they can smear. Each pen is a diffent style in the way it's made. I have bought these pens several times already. I feel they are a good quality, I will keep buying more. My oldest daughter keeps trying to take mine. I will have to get her; her own set.

Update***. I am giving these 5 stars now. I emailed the company to let them know of the leaking highlighter and they promptly sent out a replacement. The replacement arrived on time and not leaking. These pens write so smooth! I am so happy with my purchase. Would definitely order again. These pens are beautiful and they seem to write well. My 4 stars is because the hi liter was leaking everywhere. I don’t know if the hi liter even works.
