Smooth Ink Flow: The gel ink flows effortlessly, making writing a pleasure. No skipping or blotching! I was concerned about the highlighter color, but I actually like it. NOTE: Be sure to follow the included instructions for the highlighter. Following is he instructions will save you some frustration. And keep the little plastic cap to help keep your highlighter from drying out. 3. Comfortable Grip: The pens are designed each with a slightly different and comfortable grip, which is great for long writing sessions. 4. Durable Tips: Considering these pens have a 0.5mm tip, they appear to be sturdy and maintain their shape even with frequent use. 5. Versatile Use: Ideal for journaling, note-taking, doodling, and even professional work. Cons: 1. Limited Ink Quantity/ No Refills: It would be great if the set came with refill options to extend the life of the pens. I haven't seen it offered, but will definitely look into it. Let me preface by saying the customer service I received with this company has been nothing short of absolutely PHENOMENAL. I received my first set in 2 days i believe, but the highlighter was busted. This is NOT the fault of NicPro Direct, it happened during shipping. No big deal. I emailed them, received a reply same day. I sent pictures, they immediately sent out a replacement set, no questions asked. I asked where to send back the original set to...nope, keep it too. whaaaaat?! A company sent me a free replacement and wasn't even worried about the original back?! Shock. Anywayssss...the replacement was sent to the address of my choosing, within 3 days it arrived (on a weekend). I could not ask for better quality in this set. Consistency of ink flow is amazing. They dry quickly. The dont feel cheaply made. Just an amazing quality set and I am now FOREVER a NicPro customer. Thank you guys, for AMAZING customer service. Update***. I am giving these 5 stars now. I emailed the company to let them know of the leaking highlighter and they promptly sent out a replacement. The replacement arrived on time and not leaking. These pens write so smooth! I am so happy with my purchase. Would definitely order again. These pens are beautiful and they seem to write well.
