I just received this chair today and assembled it, easy to build it up just follow the step by step instruction, that's only took me about 30 minutes. The chair turn out to be the exactly same with the picture, i think well worth the money! Pros: + Material premium and comfortable. The leather is luxurious and the chair seem pretty sturdy. + Multiple function of gaming chair: adjustable up and down height, can swivel around, retractable footrest. + Comes with a removable neck pillow and a massage back lumbar pillow. + Seat can recline to max 155 degrees. I have fallen asleep directly on this chair many times. + Well-padded soft armrest and Sturdy base with wheels. Review after 6 months of use: Easy to assemble individually, might be a bit heavy for some parts. The chair needs some time to break in, but once it does, it’s very comfortable. I work from home and play video games, so I sit between 8-12 hours every day. Haven’t experienced any back pains yet. The chair is roomy since I’m 5’0. I do wish the arms can be adjusted. I haven’t owned it for long, and I’ve never owned a gaming chair before this one so I can only say very little, however, this chair is amazing! It’s very clean, looks sharp, and the foot rest folds up and can be tucked under the chair 10/10. The packaging also came very nice and overall it was very easy to assemble. I did it by myself but the back piece was a little difficult to align and put the bolts in. The chair is sturdy, comfy, and the Massage pillow not being attached to the chair I actually like. The chair is so comfy I’m not even kidding when I say I have almost literally fallen asleep in it. I will probably never switch to another gaming chair in my life. This chair was very easy to assemble. It only took me about 15 minutes by myself. The overall aesthetic is nice, and the chair is comfortable. I do wish the seat cushion was a bit thicker, but I'm in this chair most of the day and have no real complaints. Love the neck pillow and the lumbar pillow. Lumbar pillow doesn't really need the massager. You can't really feel it and it doesn't really serve any purpose. Great value for the price. ... show more

Love it! It’s a big chair and I thought it was narrow but its wide and comfy also. Customer service is also great! I had some parts missing and then I contacted the seller he/she replied after prob like an hour later. Mind you I’ve received the chair on the 5th and messaged the seller on the 6th then the parts arrived today (the 9th). Quick and Easy plus the seller made sure to give additional information with pictures such as an extra chair assembly manual and to not get the handles installed on the wrong side. Was easy to put together, and I’ve loved it so far. It’s super cute and quite comfy. My husband sat on it for two minutes after I got it and decided to buy his own, so needless to say I’d definitely recommend. I purchased this chair for my daughter and she loves it. That said, we did get the white chair with pink accent. We are very happy with the colors. Packaging: The box was slightly damaged and seemed like the chair was returned and sealed again poorly, but once we opened it, the chair was well packaged and no issues. Assembly: I think the chair was really easy to assemble. The directions are clear and I followed everything step-by-step and completed assembly in less than 30 minutes. The wheels popped in place very easily. When I was done, the chair had a tilt to the right, so I loosened the screws securing the back of the chair to the seat and was able to straighten the back rest and tighten again without issue. Comfort: My daughter likes it a lot. She loves the leg rest. I have not sat in it long enough to judge it, but will say that I am 6'1" and can easily fit I this chair -- very wide seat. What is really cool is reclining the chair and using the leg rest. My daughter said she can sleep on this chair (she is 5'2"). Quality: The materials feels like it will hold-up well over time, but we will need to see if that is true or not. The base of the chair is a dull black plastic piece. I was initially surprised about the appearance, but did notice it was very sturdy. Now that the chair is assembled, I think it suits the chair well and the rest of the chair is what catches your eye. I am happy with the quality of every aspect of the chair. If the chair was for an adult, I might question how sturdy the leg rest is, but not an issue for us. Overall: There are cheaper chairs, but I think this chair has a great price range and you can see the difference between this chair and the cheaper desk chairs. This chair is very comfortable with being wide unlike many other “gaming” chairs that are so flat and thin/ no space for your legs. This chair has plenty of space and very comfortable. And it looks great on too of that so 10/10😊
