I got it for my husband, but I liked it so much that I claimed this for myself. It gives me the support that no other back brace has ever gotten closer to. The metals on the sides and back make me stay straight with little possibility of curving my spine. I never had any brace do that even if they had metal in it. This almost feels like a corset, but it is not tight around the ribs. I also like how it has the "extra" straps because since I got it larger thinking it was for my husband, it is large on me. But the straps make it nice and tight. I just love it. I came with some pads for attaching it on velcro on the inside of the brace, but I don't even need them. I forgot to get a picture of it. I definitely recommend this to anyone who needs a back brace! (Side note: I know I put the brace upside down, but I was just doing it for a picture and did not pay attention lol)

Love this product. It is a strong brace.It gives support to my back.I was having back spasms and decided to purchase this item. I wore it for about a week and it really did help with my spasms. I was able to wear it under my shirt as I wear a tank top under all my shirts. No one knew at work that I was wearing this. It's a back brace so it's not meant to feel comfortable. It did not dig into my skin or cause any type of irritatio. You can tune it to a balance between comfort and stabilization of the waist and has adjustable straps to adjust the tightness of the brace. I had no trouble with straps or using this supporter.

I received the waist support! It's really good. Firstly, it provides excellent support, and wearing it makes my waist feel much more relaxed. I have a protruding lumbar disc, and I usually feel uncomfortable after sitting for half a day at work. Today, I wore this waist support all day, and it was quite comfortable. It even helps improve my sitting posture. The material is also good. Before buying it, I was worried if it would be stuffy, but it's not at all. It's very lightweight, breathable, and highly elastic.
