My boyfriend likes how this back brace works... when it's new. He wears it to work every day. The pulley system makes it easy for him to adjust and strap on. Unfortunately, like others have posted, the velcro is no longer good after a couple months. When it was $10 it wasn't so bad to buy a few a year for him... but now that it's over $20 we will be looking for a new brand to switch to. ... show more

A very good value for a modest price. The downside (others have commented on this): the velcro strip is too small to hold well; if you can sew, add 2, or even 3, strips of velcro. This makes the brace hold much better.

This **would be** a fantastic product, but after just a few months the velcro begins to lose its grip. I've cleaned both surfaces but still is a problem.
