My boyfriend likes how this back brace works... when it's new. He wears it to work every day. The pulley system makes it easy for him to adjust and strap on. Unfortunately, like others have posted, the velcro is no longer good after a couple months. When it was $10 it wasn't so bad to buy a few a year for him... but now that it's over $20 we will be looking for a new brand to switch to. ... show more

When the velco holds the item is extremely useful however the velcro won't continuously hold and therefore makes the item quite useless.........better quality control would be helpful.
