I bought this to help me with some severe neuropathy in my left arm. I have a bulging disc in my neck that became problematic only recently. I am an ICU nurse and it was affecting my concentration and function at work. While going to physical therapy I discovered that posture can relieve the fire, numbness, tingling, and electricity that shoots from my shoulder to my fingers. After a recent serious illness I find myself debilitated and weak, and am slouching and have poor posture that triggers the neuropathy. By wearing this for the last month it reminds me to quit slouching, and has helped me sit and stand upright with shoulders squared and chin up. This prevents the symptoms and when I have them, it makes them go away. This Vanrora Posture Corrector if my best friend on my days off, especially after a grueling day in the ICU when I’m tired and slouchy. It is a critical component of my pain relief and therapeutic regimen I’m using to avoid neck surgery. I am a very stocky man at 6 feet tall with a 60” chest and the larger size fits me just fine. I have ordered a few of these over the past year or so. I usually end up sending them right back. Some seriously don't do anything at all... This one does work. Why a 4 star and not a 5. At first I was disappointed as the instructions say it's best to wear 15 minutes at a time. I wanted something for all day! BUT 15 minutes seems to be about right. I have worn it longer when I got busy and forgot about it. So, not a real problem. When I wear it I think is it working? But when I take it off I really feel the difference. Yes it works. I like that it is stiffer down the middle of the back. It is adjustable but as recommended, wear it over clothes. It is adjustable, but I find it hard to find the perfect fit. Sometimes it's a little uncomfortable under the arm. I'm not sure how a bigger busted woman would adjust it. I'm not saying don't try, but it might be a challenge. For the most part I'm happy enough and the price is reasonable.

After wearing this a few times you feel your posture change. It's comfortable enough to wear for long periods of time. It does seem to be helping to relieve the herniated disc pain in my lower back. The pain isn't gone, but it is better. The corrector is made from quality material, easy to use, and does seem to do as it promises. My only complaint, such as it were, and the reason for it not getting five stars is the lack of instruction. All I received was something like "don't wear it more than five minutes a day to start." After that there's no clear guidance on how long to wear it or when to stop. Do I gradually increase the time each day? Do I wear it forever or only a few weeks? Am I always going to need it? I don't know. Maybe I missed the directions somewhere, but I don't think I did. Other than that I believe this item is solid and would recommend it. Moving to 5 star as the seller contacted me with the instructions and is working to update them on the website and product sheet.

The straps are not comfy but it does help with my posture. I ordered a large because that’s what the size chart said i should get but it was way too big and had to give to my boyfriend. He wore it a few times but said it wasn’t comfy either

I ordered the correct size, yet it didn’t fit. The belt is supposed to go near your navel however I found it to fit like an underwire bra. One is supposed to wear this over layer of clothing. I needed this for work, but won’t be able to be in an office with my chest held up by one strap and surrounded by others. Women, please take a look at the examples that other women have posted. The straps that are meant to be adjustable to pull the other straps away from your armpits are useless. They are made of a stretchy material so wherever you place them, they don’t do their job. They just stretch the full legit h. So the straps that go around your arms still cut into your armpit and cut off circulation. The entire reason I tried this product was because of those adjustable straps. The material should either be fixed or they should be attached with an adjustable buckle. Why in earth would you make a strap that’s supposed to create tension out of stretchy material?

I ordered this posture corrector to help ease the pain of doing household chores and am happy with it so far. I have Parkinson's disease and Osteoporosis and my back pain and stooped shoulders caused problems when I tried to do any type of work for more than a few minutes. I usually have to rest after a few minutes of work and hopefully this posture corrector and the lumbar back brace I ordered will relieve much of the pain so I spend more time doing my household chores and the hobbies I love to do. The Vanrora Posture Corrector has straps and elastic bands that you can adjust for fit around the chest area and under the arms. I especially like the straps under the arms which can be moved further under the arm or further up on the shoulder for a comfortable fit in this area. My main concern about ordering this type of brace was that it would be tight under the arm pit, but this one is easy to adjust so you don't have that problem. There are two strong metal strips in the back that keep the back straight if adjusted for a tight fit. It can be hard to find the right adjustment but it can be done by tightening the two different chest bands and moving the shoulder pads and the strap to a comfortable area. This is not the best way to handle my problems but until I can afford a solution it works fine.

I bought this product to help with my bad posture. My previous support was one of those that dug into your armpits. The first adjustment on this thing is a hassle. Especially, the straps on your back if you don't have someone to help you. After that it's not so bad to get on. I have a problem with the plastic supports in the back popping out as I'm trying to put it on. After getting it on, I feel a little firmness on my back as if it wants me to stand a little straighter, but there is no follow through. My shoulders still pull forward and I slouch with only a little resistance. Then, there is the problem of me being a bigger guy and the way the straps fit across the chest makes my man boobs stick out like I'm displaying them. Ultimately, I went back to my old trainer.

First review I've ever done through Amazon... Initially I was skeptical...I'm a student, dental assistant and overall slouch potato. It was getting to the point where I needed to really focus on my posture, so I (of course) turned to The Amazon. After going through a few selections and reading the different reviews, I discovered the Vanrora brand. It had great reviews, it was in a decent price range, and I figured "why the hell not?" Once it arrived, I strapped that baby on and felt like Han friggin' Solo! With boobs. It was comfortable for the most part, the only thing I would give a heads up on would be the straps under your arms--those do tend to dig in after an extended period of time. I have definitely noticed a difference in my posture and how I carry myself, and it's great when I'm working out. It helps me to use my core muscles, rather than hunch over. Plus, you just feel like a badass secret agent. No gun holsters, but still fun to walk around with water guns and snipe your roommates! Definitely recommend!
