I don't know why it didn't occur to me to get this sooner. This back brace has literally fixed my lower back issues by correcting my posture. My lower back pain is gone! It's a simple elastic wrap around brace that has 2 heavy duty velcro fasteners that provides amazing compression and support. You just put it on for a little while, especially when sitting, and you start to feel you lower back slowly go back into place. Even after you take it off, the pain is gone. When you take it off, your back feels like it's been put back into the proper place. I highly recommend this for people who have lower back pain from sitting too much.

(Actually a petite woman using a friend’s account to order this.) The small/medium is so small! (2-4 petite with 28” natural waist) Very good quality though. Great support or waist trainer because it snatches my waist to very small, but they need a true medium because the larger size is huge! For more like a 45” waist because it works well for an obese relative and so wouldn’t work for me. Unless you need really good support and for it to be really tight (wish I had discovered years ago how the compression is very helpful for flu-like or joint pain in low back from long covid/fibromyalgia!) and a really good waist trainer (nice plus), I’d go with the larger size but my mom has that one and it’s huge! It is very good support though when two tight but you need strong arms to put it on!

This helps me so much. It doesn't necessarily keep my back straight, but the pressure and everything really does help a lot with lower back pain and stays in place. It's not uncomfortable at all, not too tight, extremely adjustable, and fast acting for me. As a groomer, I have to bend over to clip dog nails, pick up dogs that weigh half my weight, and everything. Had a really bad day with a great dane, wore this the next day, and the pain that would've lasted days was gone. It's so friggin nice!!!

I purchased this because I have a lot of back pain, especially when I’m doing crafts or housework. It’s not easy to stretch, but is just the right thickness and is easy to wear. The Velcro quality is good and I haven’t had any problems with it staying together even when sitting down or doing homework. The support of the belt is great.
