It’s easy to use and fits tightly with a two-layer design, you can tighten the first strap and then add extra support with the second strap. Tried it right away & it’s so very undersized & probably too small for the average person. If the manufacturer were to add 6-7 inches more in length, it would be perfect. This is an inexpensive back support. It is well made, breathes well, and it stays in place. I have a lot of experience with these types of supports and this one has a bad design flaw. Typically these have an inner support that you adjust to keep it in place. Then you have two elastic bands to focus the support either higher or lower, by placing the velcro on the body of the support. This one has an inner band, but the outer has to be pulled around to interlock the velcro at each end. This precludes being able to focus the support up, or down on your back, as the outer bands slides around and cannot stay in place. It is well made, provides basic support, and is a good value for the money. ... show more

This is my second time buying this belt. My first one was purchased in 2011 when my back first went out. I have used the first one, along with a more heavier-duty Mueller one when doing gardening, etc. This one is for lighter things. Finally the first one was so shredded, and I was thrilled to see it still in my orders and I just reordered it again. I am a 5'9" woman, 144 pounds, so it fits me and I have had no issues with it. I have many back issues since 2011 - two herniated discs, severe osteoarthritis all over my back. My lower back is a mess. This helps me when I'm talking walks, etc. I just used the old one two weeks ago in Disneyland for 3 days, wishing I had a new one, not thinking about looking on my previous orders. And the old 15-year old one helped me walk 10 hours a day and tackle rides and didn't bulk out under my shirt!!! So now I'm happy with this new one, and hope it's just as durable as the previous one for those light activities to keep me upright and back and hips stable. Like I said, it's not for heavy-duty activities, but just when my back feels not right!!! ... show more
