From the moment I out it on, I felt immediate relief. It helps my posture, and stabilizes my back while doing light chores, like washing dushes. I can also sit at the computer without slouching. My return window closed two days ago. I might contact mfg if I can find packaging. At first, this was great. I only used once over clothes. My waist is a 29. It states more than that. I brought with me shopping and tried to put under clothes before I got in store. Ouch. It was then too small and was pocking in my body at several areas. I think the shirt padding gave it an advantage - but under is a no go especially that size. Ouch. Worked pretty good with clothes. Still small but not as painful.

durable and comfortable. I am 5'5" 225" it fit fine but if I had 5 more lbs I wouldn't be able to connect it. Its velcro and stretchy so there's some elasticity to adjust the fit.

I have the older Mueller brace with the added lumbar support. It provides good support but is very bulky. I bought this newer model and it does provide good back support for me. I ordered the small, my measurements , and the large, based on other reviews. Good thing, the large's main waist wraps are long enough but the "locking" flaps, just make it. I'm 120 lb, so I think if you are larger person around the waist, the large may not be large enough.
