I threw my back out by bending down to pick something off the floor, insert laugh here (cuz I would), and I needed something STAT! So low and behold I ordered this at 1230pm and it arrived same day by 230pm! Instant relief and honestly it feels good on and it's not bulky, so it can be easily hidden under your shirt or blouse. When I take it off it feels great and I feel taller, like not only is it helping my pain, but it's giving me better posture while it's on and off! Total bang for your buck! Side note- I wear a size 14 in jeans, I'm about 200lbs and I'm 5'7. My stomach is flat, no rolls, so for the sizing I got the OSFA just to make sure, cuz you never know and I hate returning things. But I feel like it could fit a man comfortably if he was about 250lbs ... show more

Not sure if all these reviews of how great this brace is are real as it did nothing for me. I hurt my back a little from lifting a heavy toolbox, its getting better each day, but thought this might help in the meantime. But It didnt seem to do anything. It IS well made, quality seems good, and it does give some support I can tell, just not any relief. But Im giving it 4 stars cause again its well made and a good price. runs small - had to UPsize twice - velcro holds well - snug but not restraining - wide enough to stay where you place it - - - - don't money on other braces with knobs, strings, and hard stays that only press on you

This belt would indeed fit just about anyone. It's support and pain relief are both mediocre at best. You're better off with a more substantive product.
