High quality product, very well made. Completely adjustable. Stiffness along the spine really assists with keeping the back straight and not allowing bad posture. Spent 6 months with a bulging disk at T9 and physical therapy just was not making any progress. Have always been tall so slouching was just a bad habit I picked up over time. Very hard habit to break. Wearing this has made a massive difference at the end of the day when I wear it around the house. Typically as the day progresses I get more tired, more I slouch, more I end up with extremely tired and sore back muscles requiring pain meds to be able to sleep. Extremely comfortable, easy to wash. I have tried other brace/posture correctors, and have found them to be useless and extremely uncomfortable, especially in the under arm area. When I watched the video of this one, I could see it was going to be different. It is well made, great back coverage, comfortable on the shoulders and has a better fit/angle under the arms. It offers a snug fit that you are able to adjust as you see fit. That I love! I feel well supported and it doesn't feel like it's going to fall off, like other posture correctors do. As the directions recommend, I began wearing it for only 15-30 minutes first for a few days, and then increased the time. This was so easy to put on and adjust to fit. I am using it for the upper and central areas of my back. The back support gave comfort immediately and there is no pressure at all on the front. My “gut” is free. As it is Dec. I put it on over a tshirt and sweatshirt and the temperature is entirely comfortable. I do not feel any uncomfortable edges or discomfort of any kind. I got this for my posture, which was causing back discomfort. I was skeptical but thought it was worth a try. It works! My posture has improved and the back pain is gone. It is easier to wear if I am going to be standing for a while; sitting, not so much. I love that it is very adjustable, but it still cuts into my shoulders no matter what I do - definitely wear clothing under it! And the Velcro is VERY sticky - I find that to be the biggest challenge, but it makes me laugh at my ineptness rather than get mad at the brace.     • Relieves mid- and lower back pain due to poor posture

I love this brace, it allows me to stand more erect decreasing the severe discomfort I experience in my mid- and lower back while walking my dog. After decades of poor posture, I was no longer able to stand completely erect and was having to look down constantly since I could not keep my head raised to look forward when walking for more than a few minutes. This is an update on a back brace I wore years ago and it is definitely an improvement over the previous posture brace. The instruction sheet suggests that initially you wear the brace 30 minutes at a time and then gradually increase the time you wear it. The instructions also suggest the maximum time it should be worn at one time. The goal is to remind you to correct your posture while not wearing the brace rather than depending on the brace constantly. I am 5' 7 1/2" tall and weigh 160 lbs. with a medium frame. With my previous back brace I could not adjust the straps to pull my shoulders back but this brace has small straps you can adjust. The velcro is very strong and I particularly like the vertical bars that run down the back increasing the support to your back. Suggest you wear the brace over a shirt or blouse to keep the brace from rubbing and irritating your skin. The instructions say to not wash the brace in a machine or dry clean it. I have just received it and it seems to be helping me to stand straighter and minimizing my mid- and lower back pain due to poor posture. It is well made, strong and seems durable---I recommend this brace, it is well worth the price. ... show more

Well it’s got decent support but the inside fabric is rough almost like Velcro I have no idea why they would do that. I’ve been wearing it for an hour and it’s cutting into my skin. I don’t really wanna wear a shirt under it because then I’ll have a total of 3 layers on including the belt. Not sure if I’ll keep this. ... show more
