I wear a size 22, 5'9" tall, and have a lower back injury from a fall. I expected this to be similar to a waist trainer or something and make breathing uncomfortable, but not so. You can position it exactly where you need the support on your back, and adjust it to be as tight or loose as feels right for you. I don't know how such a simple design works as well as it does, but I feel a huge difference with my pain and support.

Nice! Comfortable, stretchy and supportive. 😁 I would definitely check the size, though. I measured as instructed and it JUST fit, not enough to stretch where I needed. I returned and ordered the next size up and it's perfect!

I had a back injury last year is my reason for purchasing this brace. It has helped me a lot. Brace is light, but gives me support to my back. Just enough support that I need. It works very well for my needs. I have no complaints regarding this lumbar brace.
