FINALLY! I tried several girdles/waist trainers/slimmers/etc and none of them were strong enough to hold in my tummy. Although this product is mainly a back brace, it works perfectly at holding in my gut and slimming my profile. As an added bonus it also does provide good back support. It basically has 2 levels of tightening. The 1st is where the left side of the brace lies against your stomach. Then the right side folds on top of that and sticks to velcro. Then it has the extra straps you see in the pictures, that allow you to really cinch this thing nice and tight. It's comfortable to wear. Just enough firmness to support but enough flex so I can move naturally instead of looking like a robot when i walk. Its also a lot more breathable than the other waist slimmers that intentionally make you sweat. And I wore a very light tshirt over it and its very discreet. Cant tell im wearing it. I couldn't be happier with this thing.

This is a we wonderful brace. Very Supportive and comfortable. Great back support and allows you to move without feeling as if you have metal in your back. I am 133 lbs and 5 foot 2. I purchased the Medium to Large. Fits perfectly around my bulky pajama, however my suggestion would be to size up. As others stated better to size up. The sizing is not accurate. It's of great quality. I am post op due to Spinal fusion and laminectomy. Thank you

I bought thus after my back started hurting. This really helps with my lower back pain. It gives strong support without feeling too bulky, and the adjustable straps make it easy to get a snug fit.

I got the one that is supposed to go up to inches but it falls quite a bit short. Im 5' 8" 400 lbs and it fits but is tight. I did notice it stretches a bit more after i've worn it a few days but a few more inches on the belt would have been nice. It does help support the back too. I have decided to stop wearing it though because of the length of time I wear it I think its making my back muscles even weaker (from the brace supporting everything instead of my muscles working) causing more issues while it is off. If I was just occasionally using it, it would be fine. Also a bit too tight to bend over completly while wearing it, it just wants to slide up when bending over to pick things up off the ground. Bending half way it helps though.

This is a really great brace. The other reviews are not wrong. It is comfortable, easy to use, and works well. The tension is fully adjustable so you can make it is firm or as loose as you like. It can be worn discreetly under a t-shirt with no issues. It is comfortable to wear in the car for very long periods of time. I ordered a large. My waist is 33” and it fits perfect.
