If you want a giggle, if I did this the right way, feel free to watch my silly video. This back brace is the best one I have ever had. I'll do a quick summary of what I said in the video in case it doesn't attach it: The brace is REALLY, REALLY, did I say REALLY easy to put on. It comes with instructions with good illustrations (yes I can read, but my ADHD brain likes pictures. I haven't decided if I'm breaking out the crayons to color it in yet or not. Not important, just a thought) that I followed and got the brace on the right way the first time. I'm HOPING it stands the test of time, I've had other braces with plastic stays, they end up breaking, trying to impale a kidney, and I end up having to throw them away. This brace seems to be much more durable, I'll definitely be updating this review if I have any problems with the quality of it. I DID NOT buy this as a waist trainer/trimmer, but for my beautiful thick people out there, it does give you a pretty hourglass figure if you want that, it would be something you would need to wear a bit tighter and I don't recommend wearing ANYTHING that hurts or makes you uncomfortable, I just wanted to put that out there. I have not tried this under my shirt, I will be doing so soon and I will put a specific update on this review, because it's important for me, so maybe someone else might want that info before they buy. YES it DOES say this in the instructions, but this is hand wash only, no soap or other chemicals (to be perfectly honest, I'll probably just spot clean if needed, I work with raw meat so if I get something gross on it, spot clean is going to be the way to go.) I have really, really bad lower back pain 100% of the time because of arthritis. 2 minutes after putting the brace on, I was already feeling relief. That's a really good sign for me. I don't know if this part will be of any use, but this brace is also really easy to put on someone else if they are not able to do it themselves. It doesn't shift a bunch as you are moving and the overall design just makes it extremely easy to take on and off, I figured I would add that in there just in case. Absolutely 5 out of 5 stars, I've already told my husband that he needs one, as well as my brother and father (yes, bad backs run in the family) If you are looking for a quality product at what I consider to be a great price, I really do highly recommend this back brace.

This product dose what it says and I have been using it since I got it while I'm at work and the difference in how my back feels at the end of the day is great the metal bars in the back you don't feel at all but helps support your back. I do wish I had gotten a bigger size the large are more like a medium so I Gould of done exlarge othe then how easy it is to put on and the way it makes me feel while working I do believe if they added a 2 thin bars to slide with the others for a little extra support on the sides I think will help for taller people and ones that have wider backs but I love this product.

I've been using this back brace for a couple of weeks or so now and although it's not a miracle cure my chronic lower back pain, I am finding that it helps. I wear it for several hours each day and feel like between it and rolling out my back to increase circulation multiple times a day, the pain is slowly improving. I had a sizing issue and the customer service absolutely wowed me. My waist is significantly smaller than my hips and I made sure to measure around my naval like the picture instructed in order to get the right size (I ordered a large). When it came though, I found it was too big for me. I reached out to the seller to let them know and they apologized and asked me for my actual waist size (narrowest part of the trunk). I gave that to them and they said that due to my body shape (waist size being a lot smaller than hips), a medium was the appropriate size. They sent me a size medium free of charge and didn't ask me to return the large back to them. They didn't even ask me to review or anything, but I wanted to in order express my thanks for the phenomenal customer service, and let others who were nervous about sizing know my experience. I highly recommend you measure at your natural waist (thinnest part) instead of around your naval like the picture suggests. 5 stars from me and a very happy camper. I'm very thankful to have something that seems to be helping in addition to what I'm currently doing to help ease my terrible and chronic back pain.

I think I have a 32” waist, at least in pants, maybe even 34” waist if you count a muffin top or love handles and bought a large. The primary strap went to the very edge of the Velcro as I needed it on the “tightest” fit. It wasn’t loose but it wasn’t snug and I don’t think it would have been the best fit it it weren’t for the secondary straps. Those made for a more snug fit with room to expand or tighten as needed. I could probably fit in a medium, but the large works fine. I love the reinforcement supports in the back. I sleep in this when my back seems to slip in and out of place easily. I LOVE IT! This was money well spent. Unfortunately, I recommended a friend try it and that friend felt the same so I’m here to buy another. I hope you feel as good as I do with this support. It’s wonderful. (My husband ordered a different brand and it doesn't have the same support in the back. This is so much better with the middle support but not painful like metal bars yet very supportive. I feel like I should get a commission for recommending or at least a label inside that says: Please Return to N..... M....) Love it!

This is a very well made back brace, but my main concern is with the seller's sizing. I have a 42 inch waist which per the seller's instructions, I remeasured my waist prior to ordering - still a 42, so I ordered the large size. This size should easily fit me, but it did not. Had it not been for the extra extension panel included with the brace, I would have immediately returned it. I tried wearing this for a week with the extension panel, but could not get comfortable, so I went back to my weight lifting belt for the times that I needed back pain relief. I do have a small torso and found that this rode too far down into my hip area which made it uncomfortable. I gave it 3 stars because of its quality construction.

I’ve had 6 back surgeries and have tried many back braces and they all had good points and bad points. This brace is by far the best. I got a larger size and the extra length allows me to make adjustments as needed. There aren’t any pads needed it will kind of mold itself to your back making it comfortable to wear for extended periods.
