The media could not be loaded. This is an update/change of overall rating: The company did contact me to offer a refund given my initial disappointment with the product. That being said, I got stranded in 5 degree Fahrenheit weather for a week and used this thing a lot. You have to keep feeding it constantly to keep it going, and the smoke can be a pain if you aren’t very particular about how you feed it. But it warmed my canned foods fine and allowed me to save my power bank from cooking with electric. So maybe not the best product in the world but it gained some loyalty from me. ————-///————— This thing is cute enough I wanted something that wouldn’t put out too much BTU if I needed it to warm me up but not melt a tent. Smokes at start up but smoke subsides. Anything you put in there to burn goes away quickly. I wish I could get a refund.

I am a very happy customer. What I like most about this product is that it looks dangerous but really it’s gentle and safe to use in the house, as long as you don’t have wood chips burning inside without proper ventilation, thank you for being honest about the product, it was just as described, oh and thank you for the huge discount, now I light bonfires everywhere. It’s so portable, it’s easy to use plus travel around with. It’s much appreciated by my friends and family who are always cold when we gather outside. Have a great weekend! I do recommend this product to everyone especially those who camps outdoors in the summer.

This is a really great fire pit! I thought it was gonna be too small, but it actually kept a group of us warm, and we even made s’mores. It was great! Temperature was 39 degrees but we were nice and warm with the fire.

I threw some sticks I had bought for the stove in and lit it up, it did take a bit of work but that was mostly on me. Once it was going we had a very nice little fire going on our patio table and used it to roast some marshmallows and even made some smores. This thing is no joke it gets hot and though it looks pretty you need to be careful. Over all it worked well but the fire went out too fast probably because how hot it burned. The marshmallows were delicious and the smell of a camp fire is the city can't be beat.

The media could not be loaded. Brand new, it looks nice. The air flow control seems effective, I used it to dial back my three logs from getting too out of hand. It also does a good job protecting from the wind. One drawback is the instructions say using water to put out your fire will damage the fire pit. I'm thinking of getting something like a metal disc to put on top to help smother the flames.
