Water proof, no. Water resistant, yes. It’s been raining steadily in the PNW and this jacket has been my go to. It’s quite thin and won’t keep you warm, but it does the job as far as wind and rain go. Great for layering too. Super lightweight, super cute, and does the job. The green is beautiful as well. I highly recommend!
