It makes pebble ice, in case there is any reviews that say otherwise. I only use refrigerated and filtered water. I've found that the colder the water the faster it makes ice (seems like a no brainer). It's a little towards the noisy side but unless you live in a library should be ok. Please allow the unit to sit for two hours once you've placed it. And never turn on its side unless you have another couple of hours to wait. It could keep up with about 4 people drinking easily if you started making ice a couple of hours beforehand.

We've had ours about a month now and have used it daily since we got it! VERY close to sonic ice...we are ice snobs in my house and we all love this. Our refrigerator ice tastes bad, even with the refrigerator filter but I can add water from our 6 stage water filter on the sink and put it in this ice maker and the BEST ice comes out!! I run it all day and turn it off when I go to bed. My only complaint is that is is a little on the noisy side but we all have gotten used to it and its not annoying enough to not use it.

The media could not be loaded. I have this product 4 stars only because of the noise. It produces nugget ice in record time, just like described. It self cleans, it’s small enough to move around and take with me when traveling to our camp or a small get together, and produces the quantity of ice needed for our family at home. If you can tolerate the sound it makes when running, I highly recommend this product. If not for the sound, I would have given this ice maker 5 stars!

I loved this machine and the ice it made. Unfortunately for the money I spent for it to stop working after 5 months I am highly disappointed. It just randomly stopped working. No ice is coming in at all. The setting saying it is full when there is no ice in the bucket. I am not sure what the matter is. Fans are blowing and it is not making a weird noise or anything. EDIT* So I went through the cleaning process of the machine and it might of been possible there was a clog in my hose. I used one of my straw cleaners and so far the ice is working again. I am hoping that is what the issue was but the point is that I had to take the back off just to get to the hose when the machine should be a self cleaner. I will leave this to 4 stars for yummy ice but imo 2-3stars as the self cleaning does not self clean.

It worked great but made a screaming noise that would wake us up in the night. Because they no longer make this model, they are refunding, rather than repairing, providing I leave this 5 ⭐️ review. I’m curious why they offer a repair/replace policy, but will be satisfied with a refund.
