I picked this one because the price compared to other 14000 BTUs was better, reviews were good, it said self draining. Installation wasn’t to hard. I can’t not figure out the WiFi. It will not set up the app. It has a very confusing set up in the app with sign in. Not sure if or when I’m supposed to drain it so I need to read more. All and all a really great AC. I’ve only used it 10 days but in these 10 days it has my master bedroom and bathroom feeling like an igloo. It does its job. If anything changes I’ll come back and update but I’m definitely impressed by how well it has cooled. Glad I made the purchase. BTW I have not used the dehumidifier option or anything else just the cooling.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: My Ac is out on the hottest week of 2025, so I bought this portable unit. Set up was simple once I cleared a space near the front window. The window is my large living room window and the holder for the exhaust tube wasn’t quite tall enough so I cut a piece of the packing foam to fit the void and turned it on. It has a hum that is about 50 decibels 10 feet away. Not bad. Most importantly it cools my living room, dining room and hall. I put a fan outside my bedroom door at night and it is cool. It’s been running for 24 hours and no idea what this is going to do to my electric bill and I haven’t had to drain it yet. Hoping the 90+ degrees with high humidity ends soon!

I'm not too happy with it. It's loud, but that's okay. I'm sure they're all louder than a normal fan. It cools the room nicely. The problem comes from noises and functionality. It has a weird set of noises when the cooling kicks in. Like, loose conciliating metal machinery. This is probably the pump for the refrigeration cycle, but man, it sounds broken in there. It does not sound like it will last. The functionality is a sticking point. I want to listen to a fan when I sleep. Even a small one. Just for noise. This doesn't have a setting or configuration that lets me run the fan continuously, but also let it cool the room as needed. Instead it has fan on/no cooling or fan on sometimes WITH cooling. I might return it

It's loud and I wouldn't mind the sound if it was constant. The cool turns on and off all night and it wakes me up. Only the fan stays on all night, which is obviously just air and no AC. Also sounds like something rattling in the unit. Very hard to sleep like that. We have a heat wave right now, over 90, and our small bedroom is still hot. Cold air can be felt when you put your hand right on it, but doesn't cool the room down even at the lowest temp. Water full light has never come on. Also received damaged, a big dent in the front. Total waste of money, we're going back to our window air conditioner. Too bad I can't return it.

We were unsure about purchasing this portable air conditioner as we had never heard of of this brand. But the price was right and it fits the size for the room for which it was needed. It has been used quite often due to our heat waves this summer and does an excellent job of cooling and making the room drier. And it is quieter than others we have tried. We are happy with this purchase!

Nice sleek unit. Love the app that lets you control it. Has a maintenance meter in the app also. Should keep filters clean so it works more efficiently , like every 200 hrs. . App gives 600 hrs for run time.

Works great! It’s noisy though for them to say it’s quiet. I would like to give it a better review but it came broken with a hole in the box! I’d like to replace it but it’s heavy and the box was ruined. I could barely get it to the door and in the house. I’m 73 and it’s getting hard to do things. A big plus…………it works and I was dying without an air conditioner. Easy to use and cooled the house quickly with a powerful fan. I wish it could be replaced .

This was purchased as a gift during a heat wave. The recipients say it was easy to install and offers comfortable cooling to a small area. It is easily moved between rooms as needed, but keep in mind that it will likely have to be fitted to a new window when moving rooms. It doesn’t take up much real estate and while there is some noise, it isn’t obnoxious, and the tradeoff for its cooling features is worth it.
