When it came in, it was easy to set up and was straight forward. Very good value for your money! Very happy with it!! It was fast going on flat roads and very good uphill. Its super fun to drive as well! It functions smoothly and how it should. Ive gotten up to 34 mph downhill and could have gotten farther. It gets me from very good distances. Its super comfortable for being a bike. I switched from a e longboard for this and it's the best decision of my life! when it came in, it didn't go as far as it wanted. I reached out to them and got a full refund and got the parts I needed. Still very happy with the product. DOWNSIDE!! The brakes are very bad on this. It lasted me 246 miles until both brakes broke and I had to get new ones. BUY NEW BRAKES WHEN YOU GET IT!!! I also got new peddles because mine started to click.     • You need to be at least have a 32” inseam to be comfortable.
This for the 2nd bike we bought at the same time as the one that had a brake problem. The second one is great! Handles great and battery is long life and the tires grip really well. The assembly takes some time and one thing that you want to do is put the front fender on before you put the front wheel on because it’s very difficult to get your hands in there. Other than that, it was pretty easy and there is a you tube video out there to help if necessary. ... show more

Don't waste your time. Bike does not go the amount of miles it advertises at all on any mode. And less than a month later battery is no longer working and the customer service department doesn't answer calls or emails. Just a scam company and you will get burnt. Thankfully Amazon took care of the situation but don't waste your time or money on this bike!!!! ... show more

I was so excited to get this bike, and overall, it’s extremely solid and well-built. Minimal directions for someone who’s never built a bike, but I figured it out. Comes with all the necessary tools. When I first received it, the battery wouldn’t charge, so at first, I could only use it as a regular bike. It did take a little time to hear back from support, but once I got in touch through the customer service, they were incredibly helpful and kind. After walking me through some troubleshooting steps, They quickly arranged to send me a replacement battery and charger, and their communication has been great once I was able to get a hold of them. It was definitely worth the wait to hear back. They clearly stand behind their product gives me a lot of confidence in the bike for years and the company. I’m really happy with the purchase thus far and can’t wait to enjoy it fully once the replacement parts arrive! ... show more

This is my second fat tire E-Bike. It’s almost identical to the Ecotric for about 200 less. It rides smooth, really good power, easy to work on. I have about 55 miles on the bike and it’s handled everything I’ve thrown at it so far. I would recommend a new seat as a day 1 upgrade and brakes as well. But the brakes are fine if you know how to adjust them for more bite. Overall I love this bike. And customer support responded really quickly (about 12 hours or less). ... show more
