We bought this bike as a birthday gift for our son. We received the bike. It looked like it was in good condition. Packaging looked good. Read all the directions. Charged the battery until the light turned green on the charger like the directions said. Put the battery on and the bike wouldn't start. Charged the battery for 5 hours. The bike started. When we turned off the bike, it would not start again. We had to take off the battery and charge it again after using the bike for 10 min. This continues to happen. The bike has only been ridden a total of 40 miles. We have spent more time charging the battery than riding the bike. I've contacted the seller. Hopefully they will make this right. I have sent video proof that the bike will not start with a full battery. And proof that there is only 40 miles on the bike. I will update the rating as soon as we have a resolution to the issue of the bike needing to be charged after short usage in order for it to start. This is disappointing.
