So happy that I selected this after a lot of research comparing with famous brands like KA, Breville, Bosch, Kenwood. My last one was a KA bowl lift. I wish Zacme would advertise more so more people can know about this great mixer. I thank Amy learns to cook for the demo of this machine that got this on my radar. Great quality for a great price! Looking forward to using my Zacme for Fall/Holiday entertaining! Update April 20 24 Amazing machine. Baking 2-3 batches of breads each time. We are only eating homemade breads for past 4 months. This is so powerful a machine for big batches of dough. And still super quiet. I have used KA for many years but the Zacme is so much better and stronger. Cannot even compare them. Maybe the KA commercial could be good but this one is at less than half $. The accessories are all steel and the timer/pause etc is super convenient. If you are looking for a stand mixer I would recommend Zacme in a heartbeat. Jan 20 24It’s been a month since I bought the 7.4 Zacme. I am impressed how well this machine works. I bought after watching it on YouTube ( Amy Learns to Cook). Due to quality, functionality and price I chose this after months of research and compared with Ank, Bosch, KA etc. . The DC motor is super quiet, love the timer/pause function and fabulous stainless steel heavy accessories. The 7.4 qt also has the digital accessory selector for safety. The stir speed is amazing. I have kneaded dough for 2-3 loaves at a time following the recommended volume and hydration%. It keeps going for 7-12mins or more without any noise, strain or jumping. Compared to my old famous name mixer the dough hook motion gathers all the flour from the bottom and the sides without requiring constant scraping. Cookies and cake came out excellent. For questions I was able to connect via email provided by Amazon. Very responsive customer service!! Highly recommend.

Somebody really put some thought into this design and fixed all the KA flaws we all just dealt with. I've used it once so far and it sure is quiet. Over the last 10-15 years it seems like that other brand has been getting louder and louder and more high pitched. This has what seems to be a cooling fan at the bottom that I will need to get used to hearing but I'm sure it's there for some very good reason. The lifter locks up and down. Very nice. The attachments adjust on the attachments, not the machine. Very nice. Lovely handle on top of the machine. 2 handles on the bowl. Smooth bowl, no simple at the bottom. I hope it's durable because I'm in love. Over the course of 20 years I owned 2 different bakeries and I would have loved to have had one of these at each station. We had 4 of the other brand but in continuous use they would burn out in about a year (once upon a time they lasted much longer, at least 5) I only kept replacing them with the same because they did have a warranty and in the end we had 2-3 bowls and attachments for each mixer from all the replacements. Hopefully somebody who does use this one constantly leaves a review about it's longevity when used constantly. I've used a lot of mixers and this is a great larger capacity counter top model. Oh yeah, I almost forgot, whatever the coating is on the beater with the rubber scrapers doesn't seem like the kind that will chip off like some other brands. This thing is just making KA look like trash.

I had this mixer in my cart as a "save for later" item for over a year. I'd check the reviews every now and then to see if anything changed, but most of the reviews remained favorable. When it popped up as a limited time deal at almost 25 % off, I bought it and crossed my fingers I wasn't making a mistake. I've had it for almost 6 weeks now and couldn't be happier with this mixer. The first thing I mixed was a batch of 24 bagels. This mixer handled it effortlessly. My KitchenAid could barely mix a batch of 8 without bogging down. It's nice looking, quiet, stays in place when mixing (even stiff doughs!), the light is nice, and having a timer on the machine is helpful for long kneads. All of the attachments are well made and work perfectly. The bowl size makes me want to at least double every recipe I make! I would absolutely recommend this mixer as an alternative to a KA mixer.

I love the mixer, it's quiet and is very powerful. I got the 8.4 commercial mixer. We make a lot of Christmas cookies. Cookies are my gift to our neighbors and family. I have a Bosch Universal mixer. It can't hold 12 cups of flour. It's quality in a mixer. CON: I can't find a splash guard that fits a 10" diameter bowl. After ordering 4 splash guards I gave up. My Husband cobbled a bosch splash guard, it works but is awkward. I can't understand why they don't sell a splash guard.
