I’m one that usually reads the reviews of others before I purchase something because I want to be sure that I spend my money wisely and get a decent product. That being said, when I purchased these lights they had no reviews. So I was a bit skeptical about buying them. But I am glad that I did. These lights are amazing! I purchased the pack of 100 to go around the three sides of my patio enclosure. Since hanging them up there, my family and I have really enjoyed spending more time on our patio now. The lights add a depth of warmth and ambience to our outside setting. I obviously looked at other brands and models of outdoor patio lights but for the money, these lights can’t be beat. The lights themselves are waterproof (so far) and shatterproof (which is a good thing to have around a stone patio / pool area.) The box even includes two extra bulbs. They are LED lights that have 3 different settings and even come with a remote that allows you to dim them up or down or change the light settings themselves. Other brands said they were could be dimmed but you would need to purchase and extra dimmer to do that. The only negative comment I have about these lights is that when I opened the box and pulled them out, the cord was so tangled up it took me about 25 minutes just to get them untangled. Overall though, I am very happy with my purchase of these lights. I have had them now for a little over a week and have had no problems with them. The string of lights (100ft) provide nice light for our outdoor screened porch. The plastic globes around actual LED are quite sufficient to provide light and SAFETY. The only complaint is that the 100ft wire arrived so incredibly tangled that it too 2 of us 40 minutes to unwind and organize. Had the company simply wound the string of lights around a cardboard cylinder or even rectangle, all of that could have been prevented. Humorously, the directions state to hang the wire and sockets BEFORE placing the “bulbs”. However ALL the “bulbs” were already in the sockets in the box. No way were we going to remove them and then replace them!! The dimmer is adequate. Still recommend these lights! ... show more

I ordered the 50 foot of lights which was $41.99. & got what I figure to be maybe 25 foot which is $27.99. The lights must definitely be shatter proof bc they wasn’t packaged well at all & none busted or didn’t work. (Major plus) I’m assuming that maybe I got something someone sent back for a couple reasons…. 1 the way in which they were packaged. 2 the instructions say to screw in the light bulbs; well all of mine were already in. I know myself working in factory’s things can happen, but if we let something like this get to a customer at my job omg!!! I’m not trying to be negative the lights work & I'm sure if I got what I ordered I’d be beyond happy. Hopefully they will reach out to me after reading this. I gave this product a 4 because of the complications I had with 2 sets of lights. I ordered 2 sets and one set was not the same as the other. One was noticably more white and the other was more warm. I also wanted them in a criss cross pattern across the ceiling, therefore I could not connect the ends of the 2 sets. It says in the instructions that you have to pair them with the remote and that's simply not true. I followed the directions and they were supposed to flash when synced and never did. I didn't even need to pair the remote with my lights to use them. I bought 2 pairs of lights and since the remotes wouldn't sync with either of the lights separately, my lights will flip on and off inversely between them. Eventually they will sync and turn off at the same time but every once and awhile they don't. I do not use them outside so I can't give you reviews on how well they function under elements. However, they are very bright on my porch and I really like feasibility of the remote. There are 4 dimming settings: 100%, 75%, 50%, and 25% which is nice to adjust how bright you want it. ... show more

Lights work perfectly for my needs, I wasn’t sure what length I would need so I took a chance on 100’ and it worked out perfect. The only downside to this set for me is the remote will only work within 10 feet or so, not a big deal but I was hoping to control the lights from inside the house.

I bought the 150ft lights for my classroom! They worked great! The lights were lightweight and the bulbs were very durable. For the length of the lights they were a great value. I would highly recommend buying these on Amazon rather than in store. I bought 4 packs of 12ft lights for $25 EACH, and they were very heavy and made of glass so very fragile. I also like that there is a remote rather than having to unplug them every day. When first plugged in some of the bulbs are “off” however all you have to do is screw them in more and they turn on. I hung them using the “ GlossyEnd Pack of 100 - Crystal Clear Hinged Polycarbonate Ceiling Hooks for Drop-Ceiling T-Bars, Holds up to 15 lbs. 1" W× 1 ½"H” from Amazon. Update 10.25.2023. Company was very prompt in trying to correct the issue. They sent me a replacement very quickly. Unfortunately those didn't work for me either. Customer Service was very responsive and eager to solve the issue. String lights worked well the first few times and through summer. However, now they dont light up to full intensity, practically making them unusable. Remote is very flaky and have to be pressed a few times to get to do what you want it to do.
