LAST UPDATE 5/12/23: The seller continues to go above and beyond. This seller gets a 5 star rating because they were not satisfied that I had a bad experience. They have now sent me replacement lights for all 600ft for my original purchase. They also sent me some bulbs for the old style lights I have as well. The seller stayed in contact with me and I have been blown away by their genuine care and wanting to make things right. Buy the lights that come with a remote. These lights do NOT hold water like the old style does. I have had them up in the rain the same as the original lights, but they don't hold water. Wish I had known that when I first purchased them several months back, but now that I have new lights, I have happy with the product. The product is great, but the seller is even better! I will definitely buy from them again in the future. UPDATE 4/14/23: I have the new lights put up and they are much better than what I initially purchased. They do not hold water. I have one picture where you can see the clarity of the new bulb on the right and the condensation of the old bulbs on the left. I gave it 4 stars only because I purchased 600 ft of the old bulbs and was only able to replace 200ft with the new bulbs. They do not connect the same way as the old lights so I have 100 ft of the new lights at the beginning of my trail and 100ft of the new lights at the end of my trail. There are two types of bulbs. Buy the one that comes with the remote! UPDATE: After the initial review, the seller reached out and was apologetic. The seller sent me a box of 200 lights that are the updated kind. They have a remote with them and told me that the design is better. I haven’t been able to put up the new lights yet and will update my review after I do. I changed my review to 3 stars since the seller has been very responsive to messages and has tried to make this right. We purchased 600 ft of these lights back at the end of November of 2022. We had problems the first week of putting up these lights. They say they are outdoor lights, but as my pictures show, water easily gets in these bulbs over and over again. This causes the bulb to short out and die. I messaged the seller and they offered to send me one package of replacement bulbs for my hassle. I agreed and that was a mistake. I thought I was getting 200ft of bulbs as I purchased 600 ft. Nope! They gave me 100 ft of bulbs instead. I need the 200 just to keep up with light bulb replacement. Since the day I purchased them, I have constantly been replacing bulbs. Today, I replaced 32…thirty-two light bulbs! I have a beautiful walkway on our property where I hung these bulbs but they constantly die. Not worth the over $300 I spent on them. Do not buy them! They say they are for the outdoors, but as you can see, there is a flaw somewhere in this design. ... show more

I was concerned that the size of the bulb might make the light to bright for our deck - but IT COMES WITH A REMOTE CONTROL to change the brightness; low, medium and high...plus on and off. they are LED so they will last a long time and don't use very much electricity. I have had these lights up in my backyard for a few months now and they have been great. They are very bright and make my yard look pretty. However, lately we have been having a ton of rain and while I was outside watering my flowers I noticed that many of the bulbs have a lot of water that is collecting inside the bulbs! This cannot be safe. I unplugged them for now, I don't know if the water will evaporate/dry up, but I am hesitant to continue using them. I don't really want to start my backyard on fire. They are a bit pricy for them to not be weatherproof like they claim. ... show more

The light bulbs are not water tight and almost half the bulbs are out in 6 months. I am now stuck with only half the bulbs working. I do not recommend these lights. I bought another brand and they've been up for 2 years with no lights bulbs out. EDIT: The seller reached out and refunded the total amount.
