More than enough power to blend smaller portions of about anything you care to blend/mix. We mostly use the whisk attachment on the lowest speed, perfect to scramble eggs and also mix matcha powder and other ingredients into our nightly tea. I’ve bought plenty of hand frothers before, and I was a little suspicious of this one because of the price but decided to take a chance because there was a deal. I am super happy I did because I use this wayyyy more than I’ve ever used a frother before! PROS: -3 different speed settings: low, medium, and high. It actually makes a huge different depending on what you’re using it for. For example, when I used the whipped setting I always use the highest setting. When I use it to froth my milk/half and half, then I start in the lowest setting. -I like that when you have it on, it will show you the speed it’s actually going. For example, I may have it on high but the light may indicate it’s actually going on medium speed because of how thick the thing I’m frothing or whipping is. -comes with multiple attachments and all work extremely well. My favorite is the whipping attachment be because it’s super easy to whip on the fly or when you’re making a small amount (I.e a topping for coffee/shakes/desserts/etc. I use it the most of desserts!) -quiet despite being able to go up to a high speed. -keeps the charge for multiple uses. I’ve only had to charge it once and I’ve used it at least 15-20 times. -attachments are dishwasher safe. I’ve put them in the dishwasher every time and they’re sturdy and hold. CONS -you have to use a deep cup to froth unless you start in the lower setting; because it’s high speed it will make your liquid fly everywhere if you’re not using a tall cup to mix/froth. I also tried a bowl but I didn’t like it/the liquid still flew everywhere. -can only use it for small amounts (I.e, you have to use a cup to mix cause a bowl makes no sense) -sometimes when your whipped item becomes thicker the speed goes down automatically. Very limited cons because I love this little guy so so much! ... show more

This frother is very well made and powerful. My only complaint is that it is too powerful, even on the lowest level, to mix liquids in anything other than a tall container. If it had the option to press the power button and just give little bursts that would be better, but that option does not exisit. ... show more

Happy with the mixer. Have to be careful as it spin is very fast and powerful even on the low setting. Had to figure out how to work with it, in order not to make a mess. It works great and I like that it is longer than my old one. . I like the rechargeable battery too.

    • Great little device! Just what I needed for mixing protein powder!

For years I had one of those hulking immersion blenders, just for the simple task of mixing protein powder into milk in a regular drinking glass. The device finally quit, so I started looking for another immersion blender. All of the current models had blender heads at least 2.5" in diameter, so they were too wide for the drinking glasses. And I wanted to blend the protein powder directly inside of the drinking glass. So I started looking into milk frothers. The first frothers I looked into all used AA batteries. I saw from the reviews that this was an issue, because the batteries had to be replace fairly frequently. Additionally, all of these frothers that I looked into had only one speed. I was about to give up, but decided to look into the rechargeable frothers. I found the YUSWKO device, and started reading the reviews and looking at the videos. The reviews would talk about how you had to be careful because even at low speed, the frother was really powerful. But otherwise the reviews were very positive about the device. And the videos were all very encouraging. So I got the device yesterday, and immediately charged it up until the green light turned on, and then my wife tried it out first. She was able to use it with whipping cream, and made whipped cream in one minute, just like in one of the videos. And then this morning I tried it for the first time with the protein powder, being extra careful because of some of the reviews. I had the drinking glass down in the sink as advised. I then tried it on low speed with the hook attachment. Whoever thinks the low speed is super powerful has never stuck an immersion blender into a drinking glass! The low speed is actually a low speed, and is perfect for blending protein powder, which blends easily. So use the hook attachment and low speed, and I assure you that it won't spray liquid all over the place! Lastly, I like the fact that with the hook attachment, after inserting the attachment, the rod is long enough so that I don't have to immerse any portion of the main device into the drinking glass. I also purchased the version with a stand, which I think is a better solution from a drying perspective. Another one of the little things in life that makes a difference!
