My baby girl had been slowing down a bit. She had less energy at meal times and less playful. I did some research and even though these aren’t heavily promoted, they have a higher amount of green-lipped muscles than other brands. A month on these chews and she’s doing her happy hops and spins again! (I didn’t think I’d see her do those again.) Only issue is she’s back to jumping on furniture. 😄 Just reordered!

My 3 yr old dog had surgery on both her knees this past year so the vet recommended she take a joint supplement, specifically one with green lipped mussel. We tried a few others, but they weren't a good value, as we were blowing through a package in a month. There are many, many options out there so it's a bit overwhelming trying to find a good supplement with all the right ingredients, at the right price point, and that my dog won't reject. This one seemed to fit the bill. My picky 50 lb supermutt has had no issue taking these daily. I've been quite pleased. They have a strong smell, but she doesn't care. Each soft tab is about the diameter of a dime. Because she's so young, I'm using these as a preventative option, so I'm not sure yet how well they are working. With that said, she will have to take a joint supplement for the rest of her life so I wanted to find a good one. Now for the part where I mention why I'm displeased. After using these for just 5 weeks, I came back to order more and noticed that in just that short time frame the price increased 36% from the price I paid on August 17th. I was floored at the cost difference from last month to this month. What on earth?! Did the green lipped mussels go on strike?! I want to keep using this product, but may have to search yet again for another alternative due to the cost.

Well while I do like the product and believe it has helped my older dog… I don’t recommend using them because of this price increase… the 120 tablets were 18$ a few months ago. Now being 36$ is just ridiculous… I’m sure there’s other products that do the same thing for a more reasonable price

It's hard to say if this really has an impact on Your dog. Each dog and their symptoms are different, so to rave about it, isn't really accurate for generalization. I give my dog different along with this H & J supplement and this, for me, isn't showing any more improvement than the others that don't cost as much as this. All I can say, is that my dog doesn't mind eating them.

I glad it worked for some of the pets on here, but I feel it didn't do much for my dog. He seemed to get a little more flexibility after giving them to him in the morning. Was it the chews or just him getting up and moving around? I don't know. He still has problems getting up and going down stairs.

My dog loved these! I gave her the suggested dose and I saw a difference within three weeks! I saw pain relief and I saw a difference in the way she moved and walked up and down the stairs. The pills are big but she easily ate them with a treat. She liked the taste! I already ordered more for her! I recommend these for your dog!

Read the bad reviews, my dog also had explosive watery diarrhea. I have been giving all my dogs as they age, Green Lipped Mussels With fantastic results for the last 20 years. I have tried 3 different brands. This brand is the ONLY one that made my dog sick. Unfortunately I didn’t associate her illness until the evening of the 3 days she took the pill. It took her 10 days before she had normal stools after this. Sure, your dog might not have the intolerance for this pill, but is it worth the price to try it? I tossed them in the trash after reading how bad their return policy was. Should be able to give negative review without having to give even 1 star.
