Using this for a week or so now, so far so good. The backpack comes with two insulated panels that can support weight. One with velcro tabs that can secure to the sides of the bag to make a stable shelf which can be used to separate orders. The other for the base of the bag. The insulated cup holder keeps drinks stable and cool. it seems like it would come off its velcro but it's actually pretty sturdy. the outer drink holders work well and secure enough without breaking cups open. had a small lemonade hang on at 90 MPH just fine! Easy to use, effective delivery solution for a reasonable price. The bag holds up with heavy loads at high speeds and under less ideal road conditions. You can still take multiple orders at a time with it! I ride a 2024 Kawasaki Ninja 7 Hybrid and even with the sport bike riding position the bag keeps orders steady enough on the road. ... show more

I bought the smaller one, the L and this thing is perfect for DD and UE. But the big negative is that the zippers are hard to unzip quickly because they get caught. The shoulder straps are barely padded too but I’d say the construction is very sturdy and it has nice accessories even though I dont use it. Also the way to undo the tote style is hard but I appreciate the quality metal snap. The opening in the front or top has been super helpful. To get around the zipper issue, I just dont zip the cheap orders and it helps to vent a little to not steam the food to make it soggy. ... show more

Worth it. I deliver food on a CBR650R, and this has been great. It can handle higher speeds, hold multiple larger orders, and doesn’t feel cheaply made. Definitely worth it for delivery riders.

I use this pack for Uber eats every order I have done with it. It is kept hot or cold. I’ve been able to stack things hold cups pretty well both inside and out. I have had some pills but not because of the pack. If you know what I mean the fast food don’t make your top is very strong so I had to fix that but the extra pocket helps it. It’s a lightweight hold onto his height so you don’t have to worry about too much bouncing in the food surviving I haven’t tried it with 15 inch pieces which is usually a large, but I am sure with the extended part. I know it can hold medium pieces for work well but I haven’t had any problems with it and when I need space I found that it’s pretty easy to fold up for the most part. I love being able to carry on my back, not having you to tie it to my E bike or put it over my shoulder there’s two shoulder straps and to hand straps that can be buttoned together for easier transport. Its a good bag but it falls apart FAST. Good for pizzas up to 16". I have to replace this bag every 6 to 8 weeks because the zippers break every time (about ten bags now I've gone through). Side pockets fall apart in only about 3 weeks. I get a separate drink carrier.
