As a full-time DoorDash and Uber Eats driver, I've gone through a bunch of delivery bags, but this Ytonet backpack is by far the best one yet after using it for over three months of daily runs. The extra-large size (especially when expanded) easily fits two large pizzas, multiple entrees, sides, and drinks without squishing anything—I've even handled big family orders with room to spare. The 7 built-in cup holders are a massive upgrade; no more balancing drinks in the main compartment or worrying about spills. They grip cups securely, even on bumpy bike rides through traffic. Insulation is top-notch—food stays piping hot for 45+ minutes and cold drinks icy, even in Texas summer heat. The thermal lining and thick padding really work, and the black color looks professional while hiding stains. It's super comfortable as a backpack with padded straps, breathable back panel, and chest strap for stability when I'm biking or walking long distances. The expandable section zips out smoothly, and all the zippers are heavy-duty with no snags. Waterproof exterior wipes clean easily after rainy deliveries or sauce mishaps. I use this to deliver for Uber. I would give it a 5 star, but have to give a 4 because the cup holder insert is REALLY bad. It won't hold anything safely besides bottled drinks. Forget trying to handle drinks from places like McDonald's. Everything else works great, it's comfortable enough even when carrying a heavier load. It can fit entire 12 packs of canned soda's from grocery stores with ease.

This delivery bag is the best delivery bag I’ve ever gotten. It is compact. The inside is super deep. Zipper works well. Good quality! You should buy one. It will be worth it. Price point is a bit higher but worth it and it keeps the food warm!!

I use this pack for Uber eats every order I have done with it. It is kept hot or cold. I’ve been able to stack things hold cups pretty well both inside and out. I have had some pills but not because of the pack. If you know what I mean the fast food don’t make your top is very strong so I had to fix that but the extra pocket helps it. It’s a lightweight hold onto his height so you don’t have to worry about too much bouncing in the food surviving I haven’t tried it with 15 inch pieces which is usually a large, but I am sure with the extended part. I know it can hold medium pieces for work well but I haven’t had any problems with it and when I need space I found that it’s pretty easy to fold up for the most part. I love being able to carry on my back, not having you to tie it to my E bike or put it over my shoulder there’s two shoulder straps and to hand straps that can be buttoned together for easier transport. The quality of the bag is very high material. I don’t have any pictures at the moment, but I do love this bag. I use it both for my job and for groceries.

I have not actually used this bag yet in real life yet because I'm waiting on parts to install a rear cargo rack on my ebike so I can start delivering but I can already tell it will work perfectly. My big requirement was that the bag needed to have a structured body. This back has a back plate that inserts like a bulletproof vest to protect your back if you should decide to wear it as a backpack but it also has sections of the bag with very strong wire going through the outer perimeters so it will not collapse when strapped down with bungee cords, etc. I submitted my real pictures of the insulated bag to Uber eats in an attempt to qualify for their grocery shopping/delivery service and it passed with flying colors. I really like the fact that it gives me the option to use it as a backpack or to strap it to my cargo rack that I'm currently building since my ebike doesn't have a universal frame available. Its going to work perfectly I know it for sure. I don't need to update further. I got this bag during Amazon prime day sale for 28 dollars. The next day it was 35. That was not planned at all but it might be something to watch out for. Update: Been using the bag for months now and it's held up great. It has several hard panels to reinforce the back, the lid and the bottom which I like. I would like it even more if I actually wore it on my back but it fits perfectly in a 5 dollar Sterlite file crate from Walmart that I have mounted to the back of my ebike for Uber eats deliveries. Oh and it comes with a 3 cup cupholder that attaches to the inside via Velcro. I use a couple small Amazon cardboard boxes inside to keep everything in place for small deliveries.
