I use this pack for Uber eats every order I have done with it. It is kept hot or cold. I’ve been able to stack things hold cups pretty well both inside and out. I have had some pills but not because of the pack. If you know what I mean the fast food don’t make your top is very strong so I had to fix that but the extra pocket helps it. It’s a lightweight hold onto his height so you don’t have to worry about too much bouncing in the food surviving I haven’t tried it with 15 inch pieces which is usually a large, but I am sure with the extended part. I know it can hold medium pieces for work well but I haven’t had any problems with it and when I need space I found that it’s pretty easy to fold up for the most part. I love being able to carry on my back, not having you to tie it to my E bike or put it over my shoulder there’s two shoulder straps and to hand straps that can be buttoned together for easier transport. The quality of the bag is very high material. I don’t have any pictures at the moment, but I do love this bag. I use it both for my job and for groceries.

As a full-time DoorDash and Uber Eats driver, I've gone through a bunch of delivery bags, but this Ytonet backpack is by far the best one yet after using it for over three months of daily runs. The extra-large size (especially when expanded) easily fits two large pizzas, multiple entrees, sides, and drinks without squishing anything—I've even handled big family orders with room to spare. The 7 built-in cup holders are a massive upgrade; no more balancing drinks in the main compartment or worrying about spills. They grip cups securely, even on bumpy bike rides through traffic. Insulation is top-notch—food stays piping hot for 45+ minutes and cold drinks icy, even in Texas summer heat. The thermal lining and thick padding really work, and the black color looks professional while hiding stains. It's super comfortable as a backpack with padded straps, breathable back panel, and chest strap for stability when I'm biking or walking long distances. The expandable section zips out smoothly, and all the zippers are heavy-duty with no snags. Waterproof exterior wipes clean easily after rainy deliveries or sauce mishaps. For the price, this thing is built tough and performs like bags twice as expensive. If you're grinding on delivery apps and need something reliable that handles volume without sacrificing temperature control, grab this one. Easily five stars—best delivery backpack I've owned!

I bought the smaller one, the L and this thing is perfect for DD and UE. But the big negative is that the zippers are hard to unzip quickly because they get caught. The shoulder straps are barely padded too but I’d say the construction is very sturdy and it has nice accessories even though I dont use it. Also the way to undo the tote style is hard but I appreciate the quality metal snap. The opening in the front or top has been super helpful. To get around the zipper issue, I just dont zip the cheap orders and it helps to vent a little to not steam the food to make it soggy.

After a few months of using this product, I can Definitively say that this product is amazing and way better than any other delivery bag that I have ever used, I occasionally doordash with this bag, and after 10-20 minute drive, the food stayed just as hot as it was after I picked it up from the restaurant, so If you're looking for a food delivery bag I recommend this product 100%.

I am a delivery driver and this bag has saved my bacon more times than I can count. From pizzas, to combination hot cold, or even 7 drinks! The exterior drink pockets are not great. They are awesome for bottled drinks or most medium drinks, but larger and especially foam cups do not fit properly. Being able to separate either hot/cold or carry 2 orders at once is super handy. Having the flexibility to load the bag from the side or top is also very convient. Most of the time I drive around with it on my passenger seat with the top unzipped especially during late nights where most orders are drive through. It does have the backpack option which can be useful occasionally but I use the carry handles more. I wish the clasp on the top handles was a little stronger but Ive only accidentally unlatched it a few times and I always had both straps in my hand so no misshaps.

I’ve watched for a year and this bag earned its purchase. My son must have researched and bought the best bag, bcs I’ve seen this go through wet and cold weather, on his back like a backpack on his e scooter delivering food, and it keeps the pizza level and everything hot. Super roomy. I’m sure he has a secret compartment for the drinks. But it’s highly visible considering. The bag itself could be bright, but he must’ve chose black for a reason. Anyway, I’ve seen this bag really earn its stars. AND it still looks about brand new after almost one year, and he doesn't exactly take great care of it.
