I got these to replace some that I had gotten at my grocery store years ago that were now falling apart. They did cost more than the ones I got years ago, but what doesn't. I was impressed with how sturdy and well-made these seem to be. Hopefully they will hold up for many years to come. The zippers work well, and although I have only used them a few times, they have helped to keep cold items cold on the way home from the store in the summer heat. They are a similar size to the reusable bags that you can buy at the grocery store, and that is what I wanted. I would have preferred that the color not be black because I feel like that will retain heat, but maybe that will keep it from showing as much dirt too.

Great little cool bags. Insulating ability: Very good. Put ice packs in the bag and they kept frozen water frozen and chilled soda chilled for over 8 hours. Durability: Handles are a little flimsy but work well if handled normally. Value for money: I don't regret buying these at all. Excellent for moderate to low frequency use.

Perfect bag for food delivery. Keeps food warm or cold depending on which I am using it for. Well made, durable, zipper holds. I love the straps you can put over shoulder or carry on the side handles. I do a lot of grocery shopping for my customers so I’ve ordered a second one for these summer months. Folds up nicely when I am not using.

If you go a long distance to grocery shop or get your Costco fix, these bags are a godsend! They are very durable, and huge! They travel great, and they keep the food cold or hot! I don't know why I didn't purchase these forever ago. Love them! Great for your money!

Thin material, bag likes to collapse. Lid is also flimsy. Have a hard time getting food placed into it, because it's so flimsy. May be returning it for something more rigidy structured. If I keep it, I'll need to use cardboard and duct tape to give it some structure, otherwise it's just like a square blanket with a zipper. I'm doing UberEats part time, and was aiming for something more like a catering bag I've seen others use. In retrospect, those are much more expensive, some approaching $800 with the wire shelves and battery powered heater... not something I'm ready to invest in.
