Huge size insulated bag for food delivery, keeps cold/hot very well. Made with good quality materials. I use it myself for deliveries and transport the groceries. I am pleased with it that is why I leave a huge 5 stars here! It has durable zipper and hand straps. Long lasting too.

I purchased these insulated bags for when I go shopping and pick up cold/frozen items. I have another bag that I got at one of the big box membership warehouse stores. It is a great bag, however, it is so large that if I put all the things that need to be kept cold, I can barely pick it up! These are a much more manageable size. I gave them only four stars because, although they are made very well, they simply do not have enough insulation material in them to keep things cold for very long, like an hour or hour and a half trip from the store since I live remotely. I will use them, but I wish they had a little better insulation in them. I do like the size, it makes carrying the items so much easier. The zippers seem to be good quality too! Another thing I like is that they are flat topped as opposed to being an envelope type closure. They will be easier to put all the taller items into. ... show more

Omg I love these! In NY they thought it was a smart idea to get rid of plastic bags, so we have to resort to brining our own bags to the grocery store. These are great! Sturdy, hold a lot, keep items cold, and can be easily broken down for storage.

Bags appear thin but are very durable. The zippers aren't reinforced but they aren't super fragile either as some reviews suggested. I love the 4 handle options for carrying but wish they had a padded velcro handle like other catering bags. The insulation seems adequate for deliveries. Used this product to transport food items from Restaurant to various locations. The stitching is good and the carry straps go all the way around the bottom and sides. They fold down into barely anything. I got Grey as it isn't too flashy. The inside is reflective insulated and well enough for a moderate distance of travel. I put a piece of cardboard in the bottom to give it a little more rigidity when transporting food items like meats, beans, rice that come in the aluminum or metal containers. I may try a layer of something more rigid to insert for the bottom when it is unfolded and ready for transport use. I can see the zippers failing if you're not gentle with them, so just take the time/ patience to use the zipper correctly. Overall they work great and work exactly as described. Helps if you also have a hand cart for when you get to your destination as to not over exert them or put undue stress on your body. I'm going to put a bright colored string on the zippers (there's two zippers on each bag), or maybe color them with nail polish, so I can locate them faster. ... show more
