I wish the bottom of the bag was a bit firm or had a solid foundation. I cant carry the entire bag when I deliver, I have to take items out and carry individually. 99% of the time this isn't an issue since most orders are relatively small. It only becomes an issue if you're delivering large or catered orders. Insulation works well and keeps food hot. ... show more

I purchased the 5 pack of these and they have already worn out after a few uses. There are holes on the bottom of three of them and the insulation is coming undone as well.
