Got this for my 11 yr. old grandson to store his sunglasses on the ranch. He rides well and some days uses aviator style sunglasses. I was afraid it was too small to hold those big glasses, but no - it holds them just fine. I would have liked to see it bigger, though. I love the craftsmanship. There was one small nail tip poking out, but my husband fixed that and you can't see it now. So unique, and a very nice gift for a kid's Easter basket.

I really like this wooden giraffe! I bought it for a gift. Previously, I bought the giraffe pencil holder and the recipient really liked it. I think I've done better buying these wooden items for my friend than plastic giraffe gifts, which have tended to look cheap after I've bought them. The wooden ones rock!

This giraffe surprised me - it is small yet just the perfect size to fit on my mother's desk at work. She calls her giraffe, Gerome, and finds that if she crosses the glasses at the right spot, Gerome looks like he has on his reading glasses. She was planning on giving him as an office grab bag; however, she will have to purchase Gerome's brother George. His spots are a perfect brown with a tinge of orange - similar to his cousins in the wild. This will definitely be an item to start discussions. I also want to point out that unlike other character eyeglass holders, this giraffe has a natural spot to hang the glasses While others have a definite cut out which looks weird if the glasses are not on the stand this one looks like it is a sculpture. Great for sunglasses, glasses, and reading glasses.

It’s adorable, seems sturdy, and is so friggen funny once the glasses are on. It took me a second to figure out how to get them to sit right on it but once I did my kids and I had a good giggle. Can’t wait to give it to my mom on Christmas!
