I use this pack for Uber eats every order I have done with it. It is kept hot or cold. I’ve been able to stack things hold cups pretty well both inside and out. I have had some pills but not because of the pack. If you know what I mean the fast food don’t make your top is very strong so I had to fix that but the extra pocket helps it. It’s a lightweight hold onto his height so you don’t have to worry about too much bouncing in the food surviving I haven’t tried it with 15 inch pieces which is usually a large, but I am sure with the extended part. I know it can hold medium pieces for work well but I haven’t had any problems with it and when I need space I found that it’s pretty easy to fold up for the most part. I love being able to carry on my back, not having you to tie it to my E bike or put it over my shoulder there’s two shoulder straps and to hand straps that can be buttoned together for easier transport. The quality of the bag is very high material. I don’t have any pictures at the moment, but I do love this bag. I use it both for my job and for groceries.

Works great, I use the cup holders on the outside for my bike lock / water bottle because of flex coffee cups would get crushed or have their lids pop off. Straps can be a little scratchy, although chest stability strap has worked a charm when I’ve got a larger load. Zippers seem strong enough, I’m not super cautious and haven’t had any rips yet. Storage capacity fits a small grocery order, dinner for four, or 2-3 14” pizzas with ease.

I use this to deliver for Uber. I would give it a 5 star, but have to give a 4 because the cup holder insert is REALLY bad. It won't hold anything safely besides bottled drinks. Forget trying to handle drinks from places like McDonald's. Everything else works great, it's comfortable enough even when carrying a heavier load. It can fit entire 12 packs of canned soda's from grocery stores with ease.

I’ve watched for a year and this bag earned its purchase. My son must have researched and bought the best bag, bcs I’ve seen this go through wet and cold weather, on his back like a backpack on his e scooter delivering food, and it keeps the pizza level and everything hot. Super roomy. I’m sure he has a secret compartment for the drinks. But it’s highly visible considering. The bag itself could be bright, but he must’ve chose black for a reason. Anyway, I’ve seen this bag really earn its stars. AND it still looks about brand new after almost one year, and he doesn't exactly take great care of it.

I have not actually used this bag yet in real life yet because I'm waiting on parts to install a rear cargo rack on my ebike so I can start delivering but I can already tell it will work perfectly. My big requirement was that the bag needed to have a structured body. This back has a back plate that inserts like a bulletproof vest to protect your back if you should decide to wear it as a backpack but it also has sections of the bag with very strong wire going through the outer perimeters so it will not collapse when strapped down with bungee cords, etc. I submitted my real pictures of the insulated bag to Uber eats in an attempt to qualify for their grocery shopping/delivery service and it passed with flying colors. I really like the fact that it gives me the option to use it as a backpack or to strap it to my cargo rack that I'm currently building since my ebike doesn't have a universal frame available. Its going to work perfectly I know it for sure. I don't need to update further. I got this bag during Amazon prime day sale for 28 dollars. The next day it was 35. That was not planned at all but it might be something to watch out for. Update: Been using the bag for months now and it's held up great. It has several hard panels to reinforce the back, the lid and the bottom which I like. I would like it even more if I actually wore it on my back but it fits perfectly in a 5 dollar Sterlite file crate from Walmart that I have mounted to the back of my ebike for Uber eats deliveries. Oh and it comes with a 3 cup cupholder that attaches to the inside via Velcro. I use a couple small Amazon cardboard boxes inside to keep everything in place for small deliveries.
