Feels like good quality, I like that it has 4 drink holders that tighten it makes picking up family orders a breeze! The only reason I can't give a full 5 stars, is it doesn't fit a pizza box from little caesers. I got this bag because in the picture it had pizza boxes and drinks so I figured it would have a lot of space, but that's the only disappointing thing I've found so far otherwise it's a great purchase ... show more

Cheaply made and overpriced for its cheap material... Strap tore on me only the second day of using it and it was empty I was just removing it from my back. I paid $36 to have it delivered on Feb same day so I can start working... Would not buy again would not recommend.
