This bag is awesome! I do Uber Eats and DoorDash deliveries, and this keeps everything just as hot as when it goes into the bag. I haven't had a chance to try it with cold stuff yet, but I'm pretty sure that it's just a matter of time. It's easily large enough to accommodate large orders, and the cup holders on front are a big bonus, especially for this price point. The zipper keeps everything closed up nice and tight. The bag is a little bit on the thinner side, but is absolutely sturdy enough to hold onto 30+ lbs of food and drinks. One note of caution, though... load the center 2 cup holders first, then the outside 2. Watch the drink lids as well. I had one spill slightly onto the bag because the top came off, but it was super easy to wipe clean. The only additions I'd like to see would maybe be a phone/tablet/storage pouch on the sides, and maybe some pen pockets. But all in all, you really can't go wrong with this bag.

Ok, I was looking for an insulated delivery bag that I could use for my food delivery work and this one has exceeded all of my expectations. It holds drinks extremely well in the built-in cupholders. Heat Retention is amazing in that it can help keep hot food orders piping hot for as long as I need them to be fresh from the restaurant/store location to the customer's location. The loading capacity is great too. I can get up to 3-5 small to medium bagged orders or even 3-4 Large ones inside the bag for an even fit. Functional use and comfort are inherent in its design as I can switch back and forth between carrying it in hand or slinging it over one of my shoulders for ease of transport. The weave and types of fabric, in my opinion, should be durable for some time, but I would advise carefully packing orders into them to prevent any damage to the insulation or prevent any warping of the material. The design is amazing in and of itself, as it has the length, height, and width to pack in multiple orders, as well as enough space to accommodate added ice/heat packs. I cannot stress enough how much value for money is also saved in buying this product. Given its build, dimensions, and other factors, I'm pretty hard-pressed to find that many other bags to fill the role of this bag in particular. You'll want to buy at least one of these!

Today was my first time driving for Uber Eats and Doordash, and I knew I needed a hot bag. This worked just fine. For size reference, my first order was one hamburger from Chili's and they had it one of their large paper shopping bags. That one shopping bag filled this hot bag completely. It probably could hold 2 standard grocery store plastic bags full of food. The zippers work, but they don't feel super smooth - however, this didn't cause any issues. Some reminders: 1) There is not a frame to this bag - it is all fabric and has no rigidity of it's own. 2) It is very light, so you can't put any drinks into the drink holders without having plenty of weight inside of the bag, or it will tip over and spill. I plan to find something small and heavy to put in next to a single food order to keep it from happening when the food is very light. Overall, it did exactly what I needed it to. Just make sure to check the measurements for the version you're ordering, because it might be smaller than the picture shows.

I love the compartments for the cups. This is the first bag I have ever found that the cup compartments actually work properly. The only downside is the bag needs to be about 6 inches higher for it to be more practical for food delivery.

5 stars! I’ve used this bag regularly for 3 years for food delivery and grocery shopping. It’s incredibly wear-resistant. Only by the end of the third year did it start to tear a little on the inside. I’m definitely ordering another one.
