One of the Best Insulated Food Delivery Bags I have ever Purchased

Ok, I was looking for an insulated delivery bag that I could use for my food delivery work and this one has exceeded all of my expectations. It holds drinks extremely well in the built-in cupholders. Heat Retention is amazing in that it can help keep hot food orders piping hot for as long as I need them to be fresh from the restaurant/store location to the customer's location. The loading capacity is great too. I can get up to 3-5 small to medium bagged orders or even 3-4 Large ones inside the bag for an even fit. Functional use and comfort are inherent in its design as I can switch back and forth between carrying it in hand or slinging it over one of my shoulders for ease of transport. The weave and types of fabric, in my opinion, should be durable for some time, but I would advise carefully packing orders into them to prevent any damage to the insulation or prevent any warping of the material. The design is amazing in and of itself, as it has the length, height, and width to pack in multiple orders, as well as enough space to accommodate added ice/heat packs. I cannot stress enough how much value for money is also saved in buying this product. Given its build, dimensions, and other factors, I'm pretty hard-pressed to find that many other bags to fill the role of this bag in particular. Excellent value, keeps food hot during deliveries.

This bag is awesome! I do Uber Eats and DoorDash deliveries, and this keeps everything just as hot as when it goes into the bag. I haven't had a chance to try it with cold stuff yet, but I'm pretty sure that it's just a matter of time. It's easily large enough to accommodate large orders, and the cup holders on front are a big bonus, especially for this price point. The zipper keeps everything closed up nice and tight. The bag is a little bit on the thinner side, but is absolutely sturdy enough to hold onto 30+ lbs of food and drinks. One note of caution, though... load the center 2 cup holders first, then the outside 2. Watch the drink lids as well. I had one spill slightly onto the bag because the top came off, but it was super easy to wipe clean. The only additions I'd like to see would maybe be a phone/tablet/storage pouch on the sides, and maybe some pen pockets. But all in all, you really can't go wrong with this bag. ... show more

Good bag but it is too flimsy

The bag is a great size especially for those that are delivering food. The size of this bag will accommodate multiple orders and allow you the space to be able to organize drink carriers and what not as you see fit. The zippers appear to be of qualify and are fairly easy to open one handed. While the size is great, it still won’t be big enough to hold most large or larger pizzas. It requires them to sit at an angle. Problematic for deliverers The whole reason for the FOUR if not THREE stars. The structure. I saw other comments mention this and felt the need to echo. The bag WILL NOT look like the one in the pictures without modification. Rather it will look like your lumpy gym bag. With some proper modification (I used and old shoes rack, some old rubber maid lids, etc) and it works out great. While speaking about support, also not that the bottom is without any support. All n all - plan on making some tweaks that this bag will suit you nicely. Otherwise I’d keep shopping ... show more

5 stars! I’ve used this bag regularly for 3 years for food delivery and grocery shopping. It’s incredibly wear-resistant. Only by the end of the third year did it start to tear a little on the inside. I’m definitely ordering another one.

Opinions after almost a year

I've used this bag as a delivery driver for almost a year now and I have a few thoughts. Firstly, this is not a hard shell bag. I knew this when I purchased it but I sometimes had trouble with food sliding or even falling over. I was able to fix this by inserting a cardboard bottom from an energy drink case. Secondly, the cupholders can't fit the larger 40 oz drinks that some restaurants have, but to be fair most options on the market cannot either and it may be worth investing in a hard-shell drink carrier for these rare instances. These are the only 2 minor nitpicks I have and overall I've had a good experience using this bag as a daily driver. The thermal insulation of this bag is great; I've driven food 30+ minutes with the A/C on and it's still hot to the touch at the destination. It fits perfectly on my passenger seat for easy access and I've had no issues with the zipper. I'm easily able to fit 2-3 different orders inside at a time because it's so large. Overall great product with a few issues that can be remedied with a bit of creativity. ... show more

Used this for thanksgiving and it was amazing. I actually got a relish tray, 6 pies, 6 containers of cool whip, and 2 packages of dinner rolls in it. It zipped right up, no crushing (still had room). Put 4 bottles of water in the cup holders as well. Even though I could barely pick it up, the shoulder strap held with all the weight. It was perfect for transporting everything in one shot. Pies were still warm, relish tray was still cold. So it definitely did everything it claims and can give you an idea of size, functionality, and durability. ... show more

It’s good, but downside for the drinks

It keeps the food nice and warm, from what I seen at least 20++minutes, but the downside is the drinks holders, so basically you need to fill up the whole bag in order the drinks holding place and be stable. For example, if you only pick up 1 bag of Chick-fil-A and put it inside this product bag. you have three drinks those drinks are going to spill where you hold the drinks because those drinks are going to be hanging down, and it’s gonna be a mess. ... show more
