this bag is awesome!.. i deliver for delivery dudes and luckily recieved this before a $200 order on my first trip of the day and everything fit perfectly! also had a later order of 5 XL pizzas and found out it is flexible enough on the front and back to accommodate even though they were technically larger than the bag. I've done 40 ish orders (mostly large, heavy orders) so far with absolutely no problem carrying up staircases, in and out of restaurants, in and out of trunk, etc so any review saying it can't handle it obviously hasn't used it. keeps food super hot during sometimes 10 miles or so to deliver, only draw back (really not, though) is the bag will get wet inside from the heat once it's re-opened, but nothing a quick wipe won't fix. IMPORTANT to be careful with the zippers. they work and seal perfectly but you can tell they're not designed to be ripped open in a hurry. Sorry no pics bc the bag's in my trunk but if i can edit this after work tonight i will add pics of it in use!

Just got it today. It was not put in plastic so good thing I used a letter opener to open the box. It was folded flat as one photo shows. Fairly lightweight but not flimsy. The tissue box inside shows how much room is inside. The only thing I was disappointed in was there was no cardboard to sturdy the bottom. No worries, I will use the box it came in and make one. I will make a follow-up review after I use it.
