This insulated food bag works very well if you're doing an outreach ministry that requires the chafing dishes to stay hot. The food is kept very warm and provides a hot meal. I'm very satisfied with this product. The size and compartments are ideal.

With a collapsible cooler, I had lower expectations than what this cooler delivered on. I haven't tried it with hot food, but traveled with two coolers; this one and a cooler bag that I've had for a number of years. Given 8-9 hours of driving, the True North bag kept food frozen, while the other cooler bag failed dismally. Haven't tried it for not food, but it exceeded my expectations on being able to keep food cold. I did note that it was advertised as waterproof, and unfortunately that's not been my experience, as a bag of ice partially melted and leaked through the bottom of the cooler. Not sure how durable it will be yet, as I've only used it a few times, but it does seem well made. I filled it right to the top with frozen and refrigerated food, estimated at around 50 lbs. I didn't carry the cooler that way, and although it might have been able to handle it, it didn't seem wise way to maintain the longevity of the bag.

It's sturdy and held up well for what I used it for. I realized that I need a catering bag like my Grubhub one to transport my product. But this bag holds up to the weight so for and I like it and it's spacious.

I was looking for a bag to deliver food to my job because they are working for Christmas. This bag is big enough to hold the large aluminum disposable pans and it comes with a separator to hold the small pans. The bag is very sturdy and it is thick so it’s sure to keep the food warm. I absolutely love it and I will be ordering another one.

I was a little worried about spending decent money on a bag like this, but I needed a bag to keep stuff cold. Holy cow was it worth it! I primarily bought it to transport cupcakes for people's orders, but we also use it when we go to Costco for keeping stuff frozen/cold. It works like a dream. It is sturdy and well-made. Buy this--you won't be sorry! If I had the room, I'd buy at least 2 more and chuck my Thirty-One bags.

I’m a Walmart Spark delivery driver and I do some DoorDash on the side when it’s profitable in my little town. This is great for transporting large amounts of cold and frozen groceries although I don’t see it fitting multiple large pizzas side by side as advertised, but it should definitely fit multiple McDonald’s delivery bags side by side which is a huge plus! There may be bigger bags available for similar or less money, but the durability and quality of insulation on this particular bag is TOP NOTCH. I’ve had to carry quite a bit of weight in mine and the handles on top have worked quite well even though the bag itself has trouble holding its shape with a lot of weight in it especially if it isn’t zipped up.
