This is the second bag I bought. It's great for groceries, not just cold foods. You have to make less trips when you have these bags. Have you ever had groceries, drinks and a watermelon? The bags are great. Also, I forgot and left ice cream, butter, and cream cheese in the bag. It was over an hour before I realized I had left it in the car. I’m a Walmart Spark delivery driver and I do some DoorDash on the side when it’s profitable in my little town. This is great for transporting large amounts of cold and frozen groceries although I don’t see it fitting multiple large pizzas side by side as advertised, but it should definitely fit multiple McDonald’s delivery bags side by side which is a huge plus! There may be bigger bags available for similar or less money, but the durability and quality of insulation on this particular bag is TOP NOTCH. I’ve had to carry quite a bit of weight in mine and the handles on top have worked quite well even though the bag itself has trouble holding its shape with a lot of weight in it especially if it isn’t zipped up.

I purchased this bag in the past and it lasted for almost a year of almost daily use. I purchased replacement bags in January and 3 months later the zippers broke. The bag is useless as an insulated bag when the zipper does not work to keep the items cool. They are sturdy and can handle heavy loads.

I was expecting the sides to be be a little thinner than they are (I'm not complaining, just what I was expecting) and I was surprised that they are pretty thick, which helps holding in the temperatures. I'm using this for Grocery shopping to keep the cold/frozen items at a good temperature, since I tend to go to more than one location for different groceries during the first trip; this is specially helpful during the hot summer days. The only part that bothers me is that the bottom doesn't have any support plate of any kind. I realize that the bag is meant to be easily foldable to store away and having a hard bottom would make this harder or nearly impossible. But perhaps a more flexible material, such as a plastic sheet would help with some dexterity. But, this is likely not a big issue to most, since you may not try to carry such a big bag full of cold groceries as I've tried... Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase.

With a collapsible cooler, I had lower expectations than what this cooler delivered on. I haven't tried it with hot food, but traveled with two coolers; this one and a cooler bag that I've had for a number of years. Given 8-9 hours of driving, the True North bag kept food frozen, while the other cooler bag failed dismally. Haven't tried it for not food, but it exceeded my expectations on being able to keep food cold. I did note that it was advertised as waterproof, and unfortunately that's not been my experience, as a bag of ice partially melted and leaked through the bottom of the cooler. Not sure how durable it will be yet, as I've only used it a few times, but it does seem well made. I filled it right to the top with frozen and refrigerated food, estimated at around 50 lbs. I didn't carry the cooler that way, and although it might have been able to handle it, it didn't seem wise way to maintain the longevity of the bag.

I use this for uber and door dash and I can fit two orders in the bag. Tested when getting those double stack orders. When I drop the food off at the second customer in a stack order their food is still nice and hot. Definitely, value for money. -> there is no bottom support for this so I ordered a couple of foam cup holders for it to make a base, and the cup holders are nice for when the restaurants claim they are out of cup holders. 2 of these fit perfectly in the bottom of the bag and give you the sturdy base you need.
